Ben and the staff at Prime Electric did a fantastic job installing the 220 outlet for charging my electric vehicle. They were able to install it sooner and faster than originally quoted and the end result looks even better than I expected. Ben was especially helpful. He was able to handle a misunderstanding with grace and professionalism. He went above and beyond to help clarify confusion.

You can tell he takes pride in his work and business. There is a great reason Prime Electric only has five star reviews. They go out of their way to make sure the work they do is exceptional and their customers are happy. I would recommend to anyone needing electrical work. You won't be disappointed.

I called to request for someone to come out to give me an estimate to upgrade the outside panel box and rewire my entire house. This was not going to be a small or inexpensive job. I was given an appointment for today between 3:00-5:00 p.m., I was told that Ben would be coming out and that he would text me when he was on the way. In the days leading up to today, I received a text, two emails and a phone call confirming today's appointment.

By 4:55 when I had not heard from anyone, I called the main office to ask if Ben was still coming? I was told by the person who answered that they would message Ben and call me back with an eta. By 6:30, I still had not heard from anyone, so I called back to cancel the request. If I would have at least gotten a call letting me know they were running late or had to reschedule for another day, I would've been okay with that. But to not get a call from anyone, this tells me a lot about this company, they don't care and they obviously don't need my money.

I give a 5 Star to this highly recommended company as well as Ben who knows his business well! I will contact this company again when needed!

The Prime Electricians were professional, personable and considerate. They explained exactly what they were going to do. They gave me a price and got permission for each item that they discovered that required repair/replacement to complete my original request for their service. They showed me each item that was fixed and that it now worked. They wore booties and masks when in the house, they cleaned up when they were done. Very impressive. I booked Prime Electric to mount a TV to the wall. They were very punctual, super friendly and very detail oriented. Ben came over asking all the right question to know exactly which hight and what proportions to the wall I want it. Came out great and was super fast, I definitely recommend working these guys and will be calling them back on future projects.

Ben was on time, courteous, professional, accommodating, and did great work with his helper/apprentice. Got three circuits in the house upgraded to 20 amp lines and he was very helpful in consulting me and advising me. Would definitely get more work done with him!

Ben and his team were tremendous in getting our job done well. They came on time and were very professional. Ben and his team had to install a CAT-6 wire from our home to our detached garage/studio. The job was challenging when it came to getting the wire work done from underneath that home to underneath the ground and then up into the detached garage/studio, but they got it all done.

I've been meaning to post this review for a while. We've been incredibly happy with all the work Prime Electric has done on our house in the past and will continue to use them for future renovations. Ben really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done as it should be. I've recommended Prime Electric to others, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again to anyone looking for top-notch electrical work.

Our bathroom ceiling heaters both went bad which was a problem given the colder evenings in winter. We are repeat customers of Prime Electric due to the excellent service we have received from Ben. Ben put a lot of time and effort into obtaining the replacement parts to repair our existing heaters, which are no longer being manufactured with the same configuration.

Thanks to Ben's efforts, we saved money and now have comfortable bathrooms again. Ben and his assistant observed strict social distancing, wore masks and shoe covers and left the work sites in both bathrooms immaculate. He has educated us about preventive maintenance to extend the life of our household electrical products and answered our questions in terms that are easy for us to understand.

He has been polite, pleasant to deal with and has always returned calls promptly. He has been punctual and notified us in the event he were to be delayed if a prior job was running longer than anticipated. Our thanks to Ben and Prime Electric.

We just moved into a home that was built in 1958! After remodeling and moving in we discovered the electrical was outdated. We needed a new electrical panel! We search and asked for a good electrician. Boy did we find one in Prime Electric. Ben and his crew were professional, and clear step by step permits, LADWP, inspections, and completion. They were very communicative and clear about timelines.

We even received copies of the communication between Prime and the inspectors and LADWP. We always knew what was happening and when. Prime was amazing and we would recommend them without hesitation or any reservations.

Let me start by saying that we are seniors and did have some anxiety over the prospect of having electrical work done during our Covid 19 isolation. However, the risk to my partner of having another bad fall outweighed our apprehension. We selected Prime Electric following our online research for a company to replace our faulty porch and patio lighting fixtures.

We were impressed with the reviews for Prime Electric and that they are a local, family owned company with a long history and an actual office in the community. From our first contact with Heather to book our appointment, we had a great experience with Prime Electric. Ben and Miguel came to our home at the appointed time and followed very strict Covid 19 safety protocols throughout the entire service.

They were polite, neat and very efficient. The price charged was good for the work needed to replace the fixtures, and Ben very patiently answered a number of questions that we had about both the replacement fixtures and about future work needed at our home. We are looking forward to completing the other work with Prime Electric in the future and highly recommend them.

I am an out of state landlord and I called Prime Electric to do repair work based on a city inspection. Ben responded to me quickly and advised how best to handle the job and to deal with the city permit process. He scheduled a time/date to conduct an inspection for an estimate and got back to me very quickly. Of course, once he started the work, he found more issues and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost.

He was very open and honest and sent me pictures to better explain what the issues were and how best to resolve. He gave me an updated estimate and we scheduled a new appointment. On the day of the service, he performed the repairs, kept me in the loop and worked closely with my tenants. As I mentioned earlier I am out of state landlord, so to have someone like Ben with Prime Electric to help with repairs from afar is so comforting. Our electrical set-up for our home was a "weekend warrior" job done by the previous owner, so we knew that we were on borrowed time before problems would begin to be known. I had a problem at my house in which I had no power to the plugs on the back wall of my house. I called Prime Electric and I am glad I did. They came out and did a great job and were very fair with what they charged me. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with their service.
