They were very professional and very quick. I was very happy with their work. The previous electrician had quoted me over 600 to do a line tracing I did not need. They fixed the problem quickly.

I was very impressed when I receives a call from Cici in regards to our electrical problem. She told me that she did not want to send someone out to my home and be charged if we could fix this issue ourselves. She had me unplug the lamp, try it in another room and check the lamp, plug and the light bulb. The blub was just loose enough to cause the problem. I would defiantly recommend this company.

They did a great job installing a USD converted outlet and re wiring and outside light. Response time was very good.

This company was a life saver for me... My electric stovetop had shorted out, causing the breaker to burn out. They replaced the breaker, found the wires on the stove that caused the problem, and all was fixed. 3 days before Christmas is not a good time to have a broken stove top. Another BIG company had been here earlier in the day and said I needed to replace the entire Breaker Panel... for a very HIGH $ amount. Pro Master resolved the problem for 10% of the cost estimated by said company. Always get a second opinion, is the lesson learned!! Thank you Thank you, to Mr. Otis and Nick. Job well done....

Jack is courteous, informative, and skilled. He gave me a fair price and excellent job. I immediately referred my friend to him . He did wiring in her attic and she was elated and happy . We will always call this company. Call them - you will be totally satisfied with the end result of your electrical project.

I've had nothing but grief from my generator! It went out this week, and I was desperate to find an good and honest company! Duane and Otis came out, and Duane the expert on generators, took care of the problem in 2 days. All the previous work was a mess! I'm SO happy to fine this company!!!
