Mr. Ortiz stopped what he was doing tonight with his family on Christmas Just to help me with my HVAC unit. After hearing I had a two-year-old and my heat was not working he was at my house within 30 minutes diagnose the problem within 20 and was out of here within an hour. cannot recommend this company enough and will be using them for all future Hvac needs!

The whole team at Air Pro did an amazing job. They responded to my call immediately. They came to my home and quoted me for a new system and were very thorough in explaining everything. I contacted 5 other companies and Air Pro's pricing and professionalism were superior. Installed my new system the following day and I now have a comfortable home for the upcomming summer!

I initially called Javier when I noticed our AC was running nonstop but it was not actually cooling the house, when he came out and did diagnostics we realized it was 21 years old and any "fix" to it would be a temporary solution so we decided to go ahead and get a new unit. Javier went above and beyond to name sure we got our new system asap. Him and his team did an excellent job with installation, explaining what worked they performed and what I should expect to see in first few day etc.
They were patient with me and our kids, who of course interrupted them numerous of times, even my dogs got a few scratches, which is an extra bonus!! Upon completion, Javier and his team cleaned everything up and made sure I was good to go, before leaving. I 100% recommend them and plan on using them again, when need arises!
