I had Staten install a water heater and do some plumbing work and I couldn't be happier. First, I like to use hometown businesses if possible so Staten was one of my first calls. Greg quoted me an excellent price and he stuck to that price even though there was a lot of work. A company's best salesperson is a technician that takes the time to do a thorough and professional job without rushing through his work. I was quoted a fair price and there were no hidden charges even though the plumber was there 4 hours. Greg, the plumber did an excellent job and explained to me every step he took in the repair. He didn't rush any part of the job and I could tell he wanted to do the job right the first time. I had the install a water heater I had previously purchased and replace a water pressure regulator that was causing me high water pressure.
It is always a pleasant surprise to find an honest company that cares about their customers and their work. I wouldn't hesitate to call Staten Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs.
