Hi Thank you for the professional who carefully and thoughtfully provided an assessment of my furnace, very effective communicator, patient, and adjusted for my lack of knowledge. I trusted his recommendations and his work. I did not expect to need to oat almost $1000. Yet believe it was the responsible decision, given his expert approach and obvious expert advice. All appreciated.

From dealing with the initial service technician, Wynton, then comfort consultant Joe and quality control manager Jose when looking at new heating options, and then on day of installation with Chase, Eric and other team members I was really impressed with the care they took in their work, their patience in explaining and walking me through different options and being flexible to my needs. We had BelRed come to investigate some issues we had with heating and cooling. George arrived and was professional, friendly, and able to determine what the issue was, whilst talking us through it in a clear way. Justin Collier was a great help. He worked with me to find the best options for my electrical upgrade, finding a balance of cost and future-proofing improvements. I've got an older home, we discussed multiple options to cover as many of my improvement objectives as possible within budget constraints.

Our experience today was what we have expected from Bel Red over the years. We have been a long time customer (beginning our 3rd generation of HV units at 2 locations from them) and have received excellent, prompt and complete service over the years. The explanations of needed equipment and repairs had been excellent and today with George was no exception.

He was through in his evaluation of our heating units and clear in our needs. He also had the parts on hand to minimize disruption of our services as winter approaches and the need to return to do the repairs. John

My wife was at home when Robert Byrnes came to check our heater / thermostat. She said he was wonderful. He was knowledgeable. Informative, and very friendly. We would definitely use these folks again.

If pressed, I'd say that that I like =most= about having BelRed Plumbing out to fix my kitchen sink is their responsiveness, and the consistently good value for money over time (since 1997). Not only did Dylan LaBreche and Lawrence Plummer do the job quickly and cleanly (and showed us the clog! Man, that clog was NOT going to go away on its own!) but they explained how it happened and how not to have it happen again.

We've been using the same plumbers for more than 25 years (we were Fox Plumbing clients before the recent merger with BelRed). Over the years, the service and the resources they bring to bear continues to expand, while the cost of work/repair has remained roughly the same. The value-for-money is emphatically there. (And my dog remembered them from last year and wagged his tail like an outboard motor, for what that's worth.) So thanks you guys, Dylan and Lawrence! We purely appreciate the work you do in our house!

B-Sean did a great job of servicing our HVAC system. Jared Roberts, Matias, and William Barcenas provided excellent inspections of electrical and plumbing. Their recommendations were professional and sincere. They were all attentive and thorough in their work and communication.

Daniel Tickler was the best technician we've ever had. All of the people from Bel Red have been 100% but Daniel is over the top in explaining with detail about the system checking every detail and answering all my questions about the system. He's very professional and friendly. I want to refer the entire neighborhood to him. He changed the filter and educated me about the best filters to order as the filter wasn't changed with the installation.

I would like to request Daniel from now on if possible. He restored confidence that everything is complete with no loose ends. He's smart! Bel red is fortunate to have him. This kind of service makes people be happier to spend money!

I was impressed by the time that the two electricians (Oscar and Cade) spent with us, explaining details about the required job and how our present problem existed within our house's electrical system (very old house; many different kinds of electrical demands over time). Both Oscar and Cade were genial and friendly; we were immediately at ease with them.

They did not rush us or cut any questions short. When they left, the job done, I knew our house electrical system better and felt confident that I could made decisions about future work with confidence.

The tech, Alan, that came out was prompt, efficient, professional, and super easy to work with! A great experience overall. Ended up having BelRed replace our 50 year old furnace. Installers Brandon and Mike did a really great job installing our new furnace. They were considerate, efficient, careful, and definitely knew what they were doing! The supporting electricians, James, William, and Marshall, were equally as professional, efficient, and careful. We are completely satisfied with the work and BelRed has our complete trust.

9/25/23 We needed to have a follow up call. System quit working. Kevin was the tech who was sent out. He explained in great detail what the problem was. Kevin was thorough, patient and we are very confident the system will be up and running smoothly once the new parts arrive.

BelRed technician Conrad Marchewka serviced our furnace today. He was on time, polite, and a diligent worker. I appreciated his answering my questions and giving advice. I'd say he's very skilled in his trade, knows his stuff -- and as a bonus is a good communicator. Service:HVAC system repair

Mitsubishi GS09 mini split purchase and install exceeded expectations for my home server room. 25-year customer. Chancy identified the best system, Tricia closed the deal with a competitive price, the install by Steve and Anthony was super clean and tidy (one straight run and a hidden "L"), Justin and Daniel were able to tie into my existing electrical runs to avoid any crossings, and Cody worked around dozens of Wi-fi issues.

System is silent inside and out, controlled by Alexa, and my rack temperatures are down 10C to safe levels. Only gotcha was Mitsubishi's Wi-fi adapter is antiquated and had serious compatibility issues with 2.4 GHz and Android. After 2 hours of fruitless debugging, cut our losses and moved to the Airzone Aidoo Pro. It connected in less than a minute via blue tooth and was full featured, but it mounts to the wall, requires a power brick, and some splicing. Cody did a great job making the best of the aesthetically unfriendly and utilitarian design. Mitsubishi needs to refresh their adapter so it connects using modern protocols and stays hidden inside the unit.

Bottom line, BelRed brought their A-team, creatively solved the problems we ran into, and they raised the bar in all areas. 12 year parts from Mitsubishi and 10 year labor via service contract. Great experience and super happy with the result. Quick side project review: Cade and Oscar were able to deftly add a pot light inside a very tight double joist bay without any wall board repair. I now have light were I need it! Others said it couldn't be done. Great job BelRed!

Marshall and Chase came out to give us an estimate on installing a wall charger. They were very thorough and was extremely empathetic when sharing the news that the installation would unfortunately require the upgrade of the fuse box. Marshall carefully walked me through the steps and even attempted to give me the worst case scenario cost to our project. Really appreciate him for taking every step to make sure I knew what cost could be coming.

We purchased a new furnace and heat pump from them. The technicians that come over for installation, problem solving, annual maintenance and once to fix an electrical problem (that was the house, not the furnace's problem) were all surprisingly friendly and polite. I mean, extra level pleasant. It makes paying the invoices somewhat more enjoyable.;)

Chad was as genuine and kind of a "salesman" that you could ask for, and Rodrigo, Russ, and the whole team were professional and communicative. Jeremy Perro came by today and cleared our slow draining sink which is connected to some very old plumbing. He clearly explained the pricing and steps he would take. Really appreciated the great service!

Jeremy Perro from Fox Plumbing, working through BelRed Energy, installed a water pressure regulator and new ball shut off for a home we own in Issaquah, WA. We live in Vancouver, WA and my only interaction with Jeremy was over the phone and by text. I have a very positive feeling with Jeremy in the way he communicated with me, explained what was needed regarding the repair/replacement, and that he takes pride in his workmanship. Jeremy did a first rate job and was very conscientious and professional in keeping me informed of what was needed and his opinion as how to proceed.

The water pressure regulator was something Jeremy said was needed to reduce the city water pressure of over 90 psi to a safe level of 60-65 psi. The photos he sent me of the before and after repairs speaks volumes. It is nice to work with a skilled plumber who know his trade, honest, and customer focused.

Of the four companies I contacted to obtain an estimate for gas furnace replacement and heat pump installation, one did not show up as promised and two did not perform a proper inspection and evaluation to determine the best type and size of equipment to use. Bel Red's representative that performed the installation spent about two hours measuring, inspecting and consulting with other specialists to determine what was needed and only then provided the three estimates I requested.

The pre-installation and installation technicians were also prompt, professional and personable. The job was done on schedule, looks good and each step was reviewed with me, including a complete review on how to operate the system. I haven't used this new equipment enough to judge it at this point (the Trane furnace fan does seem a bit loud) but, based on my experience with Bel-Red thus far, I expect that if there are problems they will be promptly addressed and routine maintenance service provided by Bel-Red will be effective.

My entire experience with BelRed from scheduling an appointment to having the technician come out has always been great, straight forward, and professional with a friendly attitude. The technician who helped me, Sean K, was super polite, worked diligently, answered all my questions, gave me multiple recommendations/ information & was prompt to arrive during the call window! Definitely 10/10 service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or BelRed services for any AC/ furnace needs, and look forward to using their services for many years ahead!

Rodrigo (and crew) did a fantastic job with our furnace and AC replacement/install. We had a few tricky variables to deal with (limited space and complicated line set situation). He addressed all our needs and installed an awesome Daikin heat pump system. We are so excited to have a fresh new (quiet) AC for the summer months. Thanks Rodrigo and BelRed!

Installed a new heat pump and AC last week. First day 1, most stuffs installed and left with a thermostat because the electrician could not fix the wire. Next day, another team came up and fixed it. Bobby was the electrician who is super experienced and professional to wire a very tricky wire from the system in my basement up to my main floor with very limited access.

Very impressed. Following day 3 Kyle, he is very efficient and organized. Picking up a project left over by his team, he asked once what is the status of everything and started to work non-stop for few hours until everything was fixed and started working. Left with clear instructions what needs to be fixed with another team and communicated properly with the office to follow it up.

Day 4, electrician from first day came to fix a plug which was not working from Day 1. Now waiting for the HAVC team to come next week to fix a pipe which needs to be glued. It is a big project and serviced by good and experienced guys. Would give 5 stars if everything can complete in a shorter time.

Timely, high quality service at all levels. From appointment to keeping us informed about arrival, quote and then execution of the work. We wanted an instant heater and filter installed and it was little complicated because we did not have enough outlets and I wanted to make sure each of the connections can be turned off and on separately. Diego Torres did a good job. I would recommend both Diego and BelRed highly.

Sean was very professional and efficient; he was also very personable and receptive to questions I had. We were notified by text that Sean was en route to do the inspection, and he arrive not long afterwards. Throughout the inspection, Sean was informative and demonstrated extensive product knowledge regarding our heat pump and furnace, and offered suggestions as to how to maintain the units for longevity and maximum efficiency. I got a number of quotes for a panel upgrade in my home that currently had an out of code panel that was also a fire hazard. After doing some further research I decided to go with Bel-Red. Although it was not the cheapest of my options, I fully believe it was of the best quality. The techs that did the panel upgrade and replacement were Justin C., Oscar H. and Vicente B.

These gentleman need a raise. They were extremely professional, clean and did a fantastic job. The wiring behind the panel is honestly an OCD persons dream. With each being labeled and perfectly aligned and straight. I will be having further electrical work done in the future and fully intend to hire Bel-Red to do the work. (EV Charger, hot tub and switching some rooms to different breakers) The process was explained very clearly, so I didn't have many questions.

The walk through was also very clearly explained and the few questions I did have were answered clearly. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with any type of home repairs. These three gentleman stayed late on a Friday night and came early Saturday to do a few extra things that I wanted to have done (change out the 240v and properly mounted it in a box and rewired the microwave to a stand alone circuit) and this was over a long 4 day weekend. I will certainly be a returning customer to Bel-Red because of how well these electricians did. Thank you!
