Martin provides excellent care for our HVAC equipment, and always takes the time to explain any remedial action that may be necessary--be it the replacement of a part or just an adjustment. Martin cares about his customers and their comfort, and we are a so fortunate to have him as a key member of our household care team!

Cary was fantastic! He was able to spot out issues we had in our home that needed immediate attention/replacement. Cary and his team John were very professional and educated and knew exactly how to tackle the job. They helped install my new vanities and new faucets. Cary noticed that our water heater tank was not installed correctly or up to code.

After 25 years in my house, it is ready for several upgrades, and AJ Danboise is able to cover all four major infrastructure areas, including electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. I joined their service club recently, and have had several technicians work on my home in the past month. First was a plumber to install the water line to my new refrigerator.

Then John and Robert installed and upgraded the electrical panel, and installed a trip switch so I can run a generator the next time DTE goes down. They also moved and rewired a light switch for me that was in the way of a new appliance. Martin came to inspect my air conditioner as part of the service club plan and did a thorough and excellent job. Jeremy came independently as a specialist in HVAC to recommend and review with me replacement options. Jamie and Todd installed a new air conditioning unit, furnace and smart thermostat in one day. Andrew the manager stopped by during the afternoon to make sure everything was going smoothly and had me sign rebate forms to DTE and Consumers Energy that were all pre-filled for me.

The office staff facilitated real-time communications between the customer and the technicians on the road via both phone and text. All technicians that visited my home were extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable and intelligent, efficient and clean, as well as friendly. I wish I had found AJ Danboise 25 years ago. AJDanboise sent John Fox to service my water heater. The heater and water pipes needed to be cleansed because of possible Legionella contamination. John was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He explained what needed to be done and answered our questions. It was obvious he had done some research on what to do and this gave me confidence that he would fix the problem.

When he was done he gave me instructions to avoid the problem in the future. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and will contact them again for any future plumbing needs.

Again, this HVAC's response was prompt and professional. And the treatment was outstanding. My call requesting service and help was easy. Martin called to advise of his arrival and did arrive as he said he would. I was kept updated and notified of the processes involved in a very timely manner. Had Mike Lewan out today from AJ Danboise and he was extremely polite, friendly, professional and informative. Also, he fixed my AC and cleaned it in about 30 minutes - after arriving same day. He didn't over-charge and was honest about the issues and how the repair, which unfortunately isn't as common with other contractors. Will definitely be using them again.

The technician Martin came out to perform a service and full assessment of my A/C system. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He was very thorough and took time to fix some very minor issues while he was performing the service. He clearly presented options and pricing for recommended short term and longer term preventitive measures. Overall, very happy with the service of both Martin and AJ Danboise. Would recommend.

Martin showed up on the stated time. He quickly and accurately found a couple issues. He clearly explained the issues, corrective actions, and cost, providing me with 3 repair options. I'm grateful for coming across your site during my Google search. It just so happened that I needed repairs on 3 different home systems and you provide full service to all of them! I had the pleasure of being serviced by: -Jeremy to diagnose and repair my whole home humidifier- -John to install a junction box and upgrade my electrical panel for my dishwasher hookup- -Cary to diagnose the source of a tub leak, install plumbing fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen as well as installing a new garbage disposal.

He also provided knowledgeable solutions to my rusted out bathroom sink but did not pressure me into purchasing something that I was not comfortable with. - The service level of all 3 men was exceptional. DJ Danboise came referred to my from a friend and I reached out via the web on a Sunday afternoon expecting a call back some time Monday. I got a call back like 25 minutes later and I was scheduled for when I needed them. I needed a cast iron toilet flange installed on my existing toilet drain pipe. It wasn't a standard install. First tech (younger guy) wasn't sure they could do it.

His supervisor took over the job and had it done in about an hour or so (including him going to get the parts). Clean job, friendly, punctual, helpful, etc. They're a bit more expensive than just a one off plumber or the "guy" everyone knows when they've "got a guy" but you're paying for professionalism and quality. I'll definitely call them again.
