Critical: Responsiveness Tried to call them several times about purchase of generator. No one answered nor was there even a message machine. I can only imagine how bad their service must be on items they sell. Beware!

I did leave a message and waited a week or so for a call to get an appointment for an estimate, but from that point forward I have never had to wait for a response, most of the time it is immediate. We connect via text or phone. These guys are busy and with good reason you won't regret waiting for initial contact.
