BUYER BEWARE! ESA sold us (2) $3,800 SharkCarts through Graybar and they do not work as advertised. They actually cost us time on a large project instead of saving us time. We returned one for repairs and asked to return the defective units. They told us they take no returns on their defective equipment. BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY
