We just had our bathroom remodeled and are on pause waiting for some pieces to come in. We decided to have the light switches changed to have the vent fan and the light and the shower light on different switches. I called Jacks Electric and they were able to send an electrician. The technician was personable and got the job done in a few hours. It was more work that I anticipated but I was very relieved he didn't have to cut any walls or anything outrageous.
We got the result we needed and at a relatively painless price. I would hire Jacks again for any job. the Technician said he would sleep better knowing the wiring was done properly. I thought that was nice that he cared about his job and his customers that much.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, very shady, I called the number listed on google, got a quote and tried to set something up. When I reminded him what the job was he said "this keeps changing" and tried to charge me more. Then he blocked me, I called from another number and he said it was because it was his personal cell. Something shady and unprofessional going on, glad they never came out.

Jack Electric Co is a total rip off company. They assisted to replace a defected electric wire connecting to the meter outside of my house according to the instruction provided and authorized. While I called them at the beginning about the issue, the representatives there refused to provide an estimated quote and emphasized that fee would be reasonable.
At the end, they charged around 100 dollars for just a new electric wire and 6.5 hours labor rate by doing less than two hours work effort. I called them up and asked them to detail the work with breakdown that they have performed, but they did not answer my question in a clear way with unprofessional manner. As they couldn't answer my questions, the so-called owner "Bryan" kept cursing like an idiot and threating me they can turn the power off (he thought he owes the power company - LOL).
At the end, I was hopeless to receive the related work details as a customer standpoint. Obviously, he is a fraud as he couldn't justify the billable hours and kept on mentioning they had to wait for long time to deal with the permit which they had already itemized this particular permit fee charge in the bill. The guy is totally uncivilized and talked like a street dog barking.
I felt the way he talked is like someone never went to school for education and no mean to understand what customer SLA (service level agreement) means. The existence of this "Jack Electric Co" ruins the entire industry of the area which I believe other local competitors there are not the same. Please DO NOT establish any business relationship with Jack Electric Co unless you are rich enough to be ripped off.
I will spread this with the local real estate agents, the local public media and as well as the businesses / individuals that I personally know so that everyone can know more about my bad experience (or a lot of people may have already encountered the same with them). At the same time, I am working this issue out with my corporate attorney to see if there is anything I can do in a legal and professional way. Will keep posted the latest status.
