DKD has grown from a 2 man operation to the thriving organization it is today. In 1978, the founder of the company, Dee Dennis Jr., built DKD on a business outlook that believes in providing the highest quality industrial and commercial electrical systems. In 40 years there have been many changes, but something that has always stayed the same has been the importance of our people and the impact we have on our communities.
In the fast moving construction industry, technology is constantly changing the way projects are designed, built and managed. At DKD we stay on top of the latest trends so that we can continue improving our processes. Our team utilizes construction management software, tablets, drones and cloud-based information updating so that we are able to provide efficient project performance.
Off-site manufacturing provides greater assurance of quality, delivery and cost and addresses these three industry issues head on. Factory production is an improved environment over a construction site, and the volume of waste is reduced enormously - by at least a third. The controlled environment gives us an extreme advantage on the workmanship and quality of product that is being installed.

Been working around them at Presbyterian hospital for a while now. Their employees have been caught multiple times going through other company's material. They have been talked to and still feel the need. As big of a company as they are, I'm sure they can afford their own material. Very unprofessional. I have talked to them personally and it hasn't helped.

I have to say, this company came to our house and did everything that was asked of them. They were relentless, never stopping to eat or take a break for two days. We were completely satisfied with their work. The guys that came to the house were knowledgeable, courteous, hard working, professional, and full of integrity. I would fully recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work.

I very rarely take the time to write reviews however, I felt compelled to share my experience with DKD Residential services. From the time that I made that initial phone call and spoke to John to the completion of the project I could have not asked for better service. It helps to know that you are dealing with individuals who know their work and are not only thorough but respectful in the process. John visited my home and after a a consultation of the work that needed to be done; he scheduled and sent a crew who knew the tasks at hand, were pleasant and very respectful while in my home. Thank you DKD for helping me set-up my new residence!
