An employee of theirs broke into our home, threatened and assaulting us and would not leave until we called 911. About an hour later, he and two others left finally, but not without additional threats. I contacted Berg Electric because we fear for our lives, our safety, our pets, our home, our property and want to file a restraining order against this person.
But I was informed it is confidential information. Our lives are at stake, our pets, our home and this person broke into our home and scared us to death. We feel unsafe, worried, stressed, and feel that the employee is being protected. How is this right?

These clowns made quick work of the job I hired them for. Only trouble is, I had to have an actual electric company come out and redo all the work that these guys had attempted to do, correctly. Their foremen never attended our foremens meeting and was not communicating with the general contractor so their current and upcoming work was hard to establish, each employee seemed disgruntled and extremely disorganized. I won't consider these guys for anything ever again, I won't even allow them on my property to place a bid. Screw this company.
