MJM Electric

Have used MJM several times for smaller electrical jobs like celing fan installations and socket replacements. They are always great with communication and quick responses and scheduling. They show up on time and don't give you any kind of run around or waiting game like many companies. No complaints on quality of the work.

Tim did a fantastic job, and the service scheduling was very prompt. Relieved to find it was less complicated than I thought to fix my old home's overhead lighting issue. Experience is key with diagnostics, so I really appreciate his expertise and completion of this repair in record time.

I contacted (2) different companies in the city for estimates. Both gave timely estimates and were very friendly - but MJM had a little better pricing so I decided to give them a go. I am glad I did! I have hired them twice now to do work in my old Buffalo home. First was to have old outlets updated, new outlets added and closet lights added. Second job was to have LED recessed lights installed. Tim did the work both times and did an excellent job.

He was on time, courteous, great with my dog and cleaned up after himself. He did a great job was very willing to work with me to put outlets in the locations I wanted and was great at recommending layout for the new switches and lights. Having an old home meant working with plaster, Tim did a great job in making sure to do as little damage as possible to the plaster. (You always have to expect some). I am extremely satisfied and MJM will be my first call for any future needs.

Called these guys for a faulty track light and an outlet replacement. It turned out to be a simple switch problem. They were reasonable and easy to work with. Recommended.

We had the paneling taken down in the basement, and some suspicious wiring was revealed. I called MJM today at 8 am and before 1 pm Tim was here, assessed and solved the problem in under 30 minutes!. I thought the price was reasonable and was very impressed by Tim's friendliness and ability to get the job done so quickly. Highly Recommended.

Very friendly, fair, and professional. Tim was excellent, on time, good with our dogs! Finished ahead of schedule. Would absolutely contact for future work. Honest person, made us feel much better about getting our electrical updates completed!

Excellent overall service. Highly recommend. MJM was able to schedule next day service, and provided the quote free of charge (no extra "service charge" tacked on). They were punctual, courteous, and performed the work exactly as promised at a very reasonable rate. MJM will be our electricians of choice for all future work.

I attempted to hang a ceiling fan in my sons nursery in an old house and totally botched it so I needed an electrician asap. Called MJM Sunday afternoon, they called back Monday morning, and we had someone on Tuesday at noon. They sent Tim out, who was awesome. Came in, gave it 2 looks, said he had to go back and get some supplies, and came back and banged it out - whole thing took maybe an hour.

I didn't really care too much about cost at that point because my son was home from the hospital so the nursery was out of commission for the first day he was home but it was super reasonable to get fixed. Like to the point where i should have just called them to hang it originally. Plus there's some peace of mind from having a pro do it. Will definitely call MJM if I need electrical work in the future.
