Services
This chapter has grown to over 100 contractor members, 40 associate members and 5 industry platinum partners with more than 400 apprentices currently enrolled in school. Bringing together contractor members, industry partners, customers, suppliers and service providers is our focus. This combined affiliation provides a flexible and comprehensive package of programs and services that raise the standards for the electrical trade.
Centex IEC provides the most thorough education available, designed to take you from beginner to expert. This courses is approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for renewal of all Texas State Electrical Licenses. You may take this class Virtual Online via Zoom or In-person at the Chapter.
IEC now offers CE classes On-Demand pre-recorded training for a flexible approach to learning. Our Just-in-Time Learning allows you to access knowledge-based CE content with a subject matter expert from the comfort of your laptop or PC at a time and place that suits you. This review is a year over due for sure. I absolutely love IEC! They help set you up with school benefits via trusting employers that guareentee raises after each completed school year. If you have any issues at all they work with you. They hold events and visit local high schools. Its amaxing what they are doing to help get someone into a life long career. Ive encouraged both my boyfriend and his brother to sign up in fact.
The best part is working with Eric Peralez whom is the Training Director there. He openly gives you his cell number and answers calls and texts seconds after you contact him. You never have to wait. There are no dumb or pointless questions either. I have to say that if it wasnt for Eric I would have never been prone to encourage anyone else to join. Overall you guys are giving a future and career to someone that will not let yall down. We owe you one! Thanks!
