I am so pleased with the quality of work and service that Interlock Electric provided when installing my new 30 kw generator. Dave Strelser owner of Interlock is extremely detailed and thorough on providing you all the information you will need to make a decision on which generator best suits your needs and budget. The contract that he provides lists all the details of the project so you know what to expect and what both parties are committing to.

The project was completed on time and for exactly the price that was quoted. David kept me in the loop at all times on what was taking place and always showed up on time. His workers always went out of there way to clean up and left the work site in perfect shape. I highly recommend Interlock Electric.

I was referred to Interlock Electric by the Kohler manufacture. The owner of Interlock Electric, Dave Strelser, came to my house to assess my site and provide me with a quote. I found Mr. Strelser to be an extremely professional, well versed individual. Above and beyond that fact, I never felt as if he was trying to sell me. When I made the decision to hire Interlock Electric, figuratively speaking, Dave Strelser held my hand through the entire process.

When I had a question, and I had many, I was able to call Mr. Strelser directly because, he had provided me with his personal cell number, and every time I called, he would return my call within an hour. His installation technicians were also very professional and took the time to thoroughly explain everything I asked about with regard to the instillation of the 20 KWH generator.

Also they would let me know the day before, when they were going to arrive and then every time they arrived on time. To all the people from Interlock Electric that worked on my generator installation, thank you all, I have never before encountered such professionals. I was and continue to be totally satisfied. This company was very easy to work with and they were incredibly friendly. They answered all of my questions that I had about a unit that was already installed when I bought my house. As far as generator maintenance goes, their prices were definitely on the lower end of what I saw and I am glad I went with Interlock Electric. Can't wait to see them next year for my annual maintenance.

I bought a home that was equipped with a 20RES Kohler generator. I wanted to get service and Interlock Electric's website seemed to be the best fit. I first called September 14 to set up a service appointment, but although the lady answering the phone said I would get a call back. I didn't but tried again. Sometimes I spoke to someone in the service department, but again no call back to set up an appointment. I tried emailing the request, but again no response.
