Highly recommend this company. The technician came out as planned, was courteous, knowledgeable, repaired the noise the HVAC was making, and cleaned up any mess that was made. He also told me what to plan for cost wise if the motor needs to be replaced in the future. Great Company, Great service, Excellent technicians.

If you need an electrician, do NOT call Thompson Electric whatever you do. they came out to my home last week & charged me $125 to misdiagnose an issue. they wanted to come back out & charge me $2,600 to do something that would Not have fixed the issue. * I called JEA the next morning & my issue was resolved by JEA within 3 hours of my call to them & JEA charged me nothing to fix it.

I called to let them know the outcome & was told no refund would be given & then was hung up on. no refund given by Thompson Electric for misdiagnosing the issue. I'm just glad I didn't pay them $2,600 to do what they wanted to do, that would Not have resolved my issue.

Absolutely fabulous! Super nice guys. Repaired my issue with the wire connection for my pump/sprinkler system. I also hired them to install my security cameras. They were here for HOURS and crawling around in the attic space installing new receptacles and ensured they all worked. They cleaned up after themselves and did not damage anything (as I've experienced with other companies). Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend and will hire again and again as needed.

Was very pleased with the service we received from Thompson Electric. They helped with several things around our house, garage and installing outside outlet. The work was done within a short time and everything is working great. Tney took pains in keeping things clean and neat and the price was excellent to fix all they fixed. We had checked with others and they were much better priced for what was needed.

I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we were with their service and the people we worked with. Everyone at Thompsons was so kind and didn't try to stick us with things we really didn't need. I've been using Thompson Electric and Air for all my electric needs and have been impressed with their services. Their electricians are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their price is also very decent and their work is exceptional. I would definitely recommend them for any electrical job.

Please don't waste your time or money with this company. The owner of the company came to see our air conditioner unit and it took him four different visits to figure out what was wrong with the unit, well at least that's what he said the last time. Each time he came, he will find something that was wrong yet the next time was something else.

By the fourth visit, we lost the ability to trust him and told him that we were going to find another company instead. We lost close to $300 dollars but most importantly the time of not having the unit fixed in this hot weather. We ended up hiring another company, Billy Heating & Cooling, which fixed the problem on their first visit without any complications. Overall, If you can find another company then please do and save yourself the trouble.

I recently had some electrical work done by Thompson electric. My first contact was with a very pleasant and helpful young lady in the office named Kiley. She very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. She went out of her way to get my work scheduled. She called to make sure things were completed, I had received my paper work and that I was satisfied with the work. Jerry and Tim were the technicians I dealt with.

Both were very prompt professional. They made sure I did not have any unanswered questions before they left. The work was completed ahead of schedule, and I am very pleased. They treated my home and me with respect and caring. The work area was clean and orderly after the work was done. Rest assured, should the need arise again, I will call Thompson Electric. My association with this company was positive, pleasant, and a wise decision on my part.
