Highly recommend. They are responsive even to emails unlike other companies. They installed GFIs & updated electrical panel. Receptionist & Electricians are all professional. Mason even remembered our panel when we called the first time for a quote.

Cole was Awesome, informative and helped me understand the process. Thanks to Andy and to the receptionist that answers the phone and was patient and supportive answering all of my questions.

The whole experience was excellent. From scheduling the appointment to the moment the work was completed the Cole Electric team was friendly and extremely professional. I had a plug installed in my garage for an EV charger and they did excellent work that was within the original quoted range. We have some other projects around the house and I won't hesitate to contact Cole Electric again to complete them for us.

This group did a big job for me, their communication was great and they were very professional. Everything was online/texting, I was able to send pictures to them while we were discussing the project so they could get a better idea of how large it would be. I will use them again.

Very impressed with the level of service and quality of work performed by the team at Cole. They just finished up a large job at our new home. We upgraded all our old two prong outlets and put them on GFCI circuits, rewired some cables and cleaned up some junction boxes in the attic that weren't to code, and added two new bathroom outlets. They also replaced and moved our breaker panel out of a closet to a new location and replaced the meter outside.

They handled the permitting, scheduling the inspection, and are working with Dominion Power on getting the service line upgraded. They make everything so easy on the customer. For the work, the crew was in every room in the house, up in the attic and outside replacing the meter. After they left, you'd have no idea they were here. Except a couple of spots that need the drywall patched.

Even at that, they made nice neat cuts that will make the repairs simple. Everything else was just as it was before they came. But better and safer. I feel confident in the quality of the work they did. We had no issues passing inspection. There is a lot of knowledge and experience here and it shows. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of quality electrical work.

Very professional and quickly diagnosed a bad connection under my house which caused our HVAC system to lose power. They made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend Cole Electric.

They were very honest about their prices up front. A house call no matter what the issue is $150 for the first hour. They solved my electrical issue in 5 minutes I wired my light wrong. still were nice and professional.

Top notch honest guys I would recommend these guys to anyone who has any electrical work that needs to be done! They arrive when they say they will and I have been very pleased with their work. We upgraded to a 200 amp service and ceiling fans where nothing was there to begin with. I was actually referred from a custimer of mine in the Landstown area, word of mouth is always the best!

The whole process was so smooth and fast. I was able to receive a quote in a timely manner without being sent on a wild goose chase - I requested a quote and within 24 hours my problem was fixed. The service aligned with my quote given. And my whole problem was fixed in about 20 minutes. Steve was terrific and even gave me a few pointers on some other electrical projects we have going on in our house right now. Will definitely use this company again for any other electrical issues.

They were fast and professional. When I called about having a room wired so we could install a ceiling fan, they offered to install the fan as well at no extra charge. They also told me about an awesome dimming switch I could pick up when I bought the fan that would control the fan and the light so we don't have to use the chains on the fan. They installed this as well at no extra charge. We spoke with multiple electricians before hiring Cole Electric and I'm so glad we went with them. They went above and beyond in their customer service.

I wish my experience was as good as everyone else's! Whoever I spoke to was not very helpful at all, and quite honestly a little condescending. I called to get some basic info and a general quote after having an upstairs leak in my rental property since my tenant reported some water leaked into the ceiling fan and lights. I have no idea if these will all need to be replaced or just looked at to see if they are safe but obviously I knew there would be a service call involved and I just wanted a general idea of what I could be looking at price-wise and maybe even a little general advice on this kind of situation. I'm not sure he was listening to my questions or concerns at all and only gave me the price of the service call. Here's how the call ended: "okay call me back if you know you want someone to come out."

Cole electric replaced my electrical panel on the exterior of my house for hundreds less than other companies had quoted us! Highly recommend these guys for all of your electrical needs. I was informed about every step along the way with emails, phone calls, texts & verbal confirmation. My window that I was without power was less than an hour- and they were accurate with every single estimate & timeframe I was given.

I had a bad experience with another company who improperly installed an electrical panel at my rental property & improperly diagnosed/repaired several electrical issues including a 250 Volts to outlets with floating/loose neutral connections, disconnected grounding rods, and blown surge suppressor (just to name a few) that they installed.

It all led back to the improper electrical panel installation. I called Cole Electric for a second opinion and they quickly found all of the issues. They recommended that I call the City Inspector out to inspect the electrical panel before they completed any work due to the potentially catastrophic errors they found upon initial inspection. The owner Scott Cole walked me through the process of working with the city and ensuring proper procedures were followed and everything was safe.

He and his crew made sure they were at my property when the inspectors arrived. His crew then went through my entire home inspected and corrected all electrical issues I had and installed a new electrical panel. When the city came out to do the final inspection after all repairs were completed he made sure they were there with the Inspector for the final results. I have told all of my co-workers and friends what happened and have recommended they call Cole Electric.

Quick and quality service. We called mid-morning requesting a ceiling light and ceiling fan replacement. Mr. Cole gave me a very reasonable quote range with the factor that could change his quote. The electricians were there on the same day just a short while after lunch. The bill was at the low end of his quote. We were very pleased and will definitely use them again. This company really treated me well. I came home after work and found my entire upstairs lights and sockets not working. I called Cole and they sent a technician out in less than an hour. This technician had already worked a ten hour day but arrived at my home as pleasant as can be. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed, repaired problem quickly. I will definitely use this company again.

Called Cole Electric after seeing their ad in the newspaper. The man I spoke with said they would come out to give us a quote either Tuesday or Wednesday. Tuesday and Wednesday came and went, no one ever came and no one ever called to reschedule or give a reason why they didn't come. Haven't heard back from them since.

Electricity was out in one room and half of one room. Called Cole electric to come out to see what the problem was. Only a $150 fee to come out to see what was going on with everything and only had to pay for parts. Very reasonable prices! They were only here for a half hour and found the problem was linked to an outlet in one of the rooms. Fixed it with ease. I would highly recommend them for electricity issues!

Cole arrived at the time we had scheduled, which has not been my experience with most companies like this. They charged a fair flat rate and completed the job. They found a couple of underlying problems and addressed those as well (with no extra surprise charges added). I was completely satisfied.
