I contacted White Electric to learn more about a GENERAC whole house backup generator. The owner of White Electric came to my residence to discuss the possiblities, installation options and all aspects of a Generac whole house generator. I found Mr. White to be very customer service oriented, extremely knowledgable of the Generac generator brand of products, honest and patient in his responses to all of the questions I asked him.

Due to the comfort level and trust that I had in Mr. White, my wife and I quickly decided to go with White Electric to purchase and install a Generac 22kw. All aspects of the install went very smoothly. The installation crew showed up when they told me they would and kept me abreast on what was being done throughout the whole process. I am extremely happy that I chose White Electric for the purchase and installation of our new Generac 22kw whole house backup generator.

I am very confident that if the situation ever arises that I have any additional questions or when the time comes for maintenance on the generator all I will need to do is pick up the phone and call White Electric and they will be there for us.
