I would highly recommend NREI for your real estate education needs. Bob Allen is an amazing instructor and has years and years of experience as a broker and educator. The course is well-organized like others have mentioned. It is a lot of info but manageable with the way it's laid out. The schedule for the classes is also convenient. Great experience.

Just finished the class in February 2020. Weekday classes from 6-9 (60 hour) pre license class. 100% worth the investment. Barbara and Bob (program director's & weeknight instructors) are absolutely amazing and a wealth of knowledge with their real life stories and experiences they share. This particular class was larger, about 55 students. Very hands on, welcoming and a no pressure environment along with encouraging & helpful class participation.

The instructors did an excellent job pinpointing the needed information and weeding out any unnecessary material. A lot of info to cover in 7 weeks but the program is very well organized. This class really prepares you for the state test and to hit the ground running in your real estate career. Great program. Thanks Barbara & Bob!

I just completed the course and Barbara and Bob were amazing! They share their own experiences and a ton of knowledge they've obtained working in real esate. Having taken the Real Estate Sales Person course twice at 2 different places, I can equivalently say that NREI is absolutely, hands down the best place to go for your Real Estate courses. Both instructors are very knowledgeable and related many of the course material to real-life events that could and would happen in Real Estate transactions. Based on how they recommended I/we study and take notes, I was able to learn and retain the necessary information in order to take and pass my exam on the 1st try. Very professional, well run, and organized. Barbara and Bob prepare you very well to take your CT state license exam. Convenient location in the center of Connecticut. Both teachers have a wealth of real estate industry knowledge from their many years as agents, and their experiences that they share, illustrating the concept or law being taught in class on any given day, are very educational.
