Super friendly, efficient and he made time to walk us through options and overall did a great job. Amanda in the office was very helpful with a stressful situation when my electric panel burned out. Second time I have used them, and they are fabulous. He chased down and repaired some of the outlet problems I was having in my outdoor shed. Installed new shop lights and a new exterior light fixture. He also helped my clear the continuity problems with my internet cable run! Great guy! Very courteous, very professional. Also want to say that the office is wonderful! They kept me up to date on his arrival and of any changes to the schedule.

I called and had scheduled the service to come out to hang a ceiling fan. I even texted their office photos and explained that my ceiling was 14-16 ft tall. The 2 workers show up in 2 vehicles. I walk out to direct them where to park and the one worker refused to park out of the road until he was able to see the potential job. He comes into my home stares at the ceiling fan then asked to use my restroom.
He then quotes me 3-5 hours to do the job at $175.00 an hour. I tell him that the office stated no more than 2.5 hours and he said he would not charge me anything over 3 hours. He proceeds to go outside get his partner and they both come in to look at the ceiling fan again. I am then told they can not do the job because they only brought a 20 foot ladder and a 14 foot ladder and the 20 foot ladder is 200 pounds.
The one worker asked if I wanted to reschedule. I advised that I took a day off of work to have this job done and they seriously did not bring the correct ladders from Deerfield to Palm Beach Gardens. He confirmed that they could not do the job as they needed a 12 foot ladder. I showed them both the door and called their office. I was offered to wait while someone went to purchase a ladder and come back to do the job. Unreal the lack of professionalism from the one worker and the lack of communication in their own office before a job is taken on and they send workers to a job. I was extremely disappointed in how this was handled. I would not recommend this company.

Service was fantastic. Company called me to ask if they could come early, did everything it took to fix my washing machine electrical source, beyond the job description. Guy was incredibly friendly. Price was reasonable. My old electrician seems to have fallen off the face of the earth so I will definitely continue using Elcon moving forward. Highly recommended!
