They were the electrical company that wired my new house. Back in November 2020, I had them come out because a brand new ceiling fan was buzzing. The electrician inspected it and said that I would need a new fan - fine, no big deal. I didn't hear back for several months, and due to COVID I decided to wait a little bit to follow up since the supply chain has gone crazy in general. Finally, I called them a few months ago and left a memo with the office staff about what was going on.
I then got a call from someone else a few days later, and he said he would look into getting the fan from the manufacturer. A few days later, with absolutely no notice, one of their electricians showed up at my house to fix an issue which they had already fixed, unrelated to the defective fan. I explained the situation, and he said they would look into it.
I didn't hear back for a while, and I ended up calling the main office back. I was then told that someone would follow up with me to schedule something, and if I didn't hear back by the next day to call back. Of course, I never got a call/text of any kind, so I left 2 voicemails over 2 weeks to let them know. I still haven't heard anything (even from the office staff). I'll probably call them every day from here on out until I get a response.
I can see that the ceiling fan is in stock online, so I'm not sure what the holdup is at this point. I have plans of adding a ceiling fan to my living room and adding some new lights eventually, and I know I will not be using Rayco Electric for them.

Working with this company for a week was the worst experience of my life. the supervisors never let me know where to go to work. i didn't work my 40 hours. my paychecks were a joke. i wasted more gas than made money. this is a terrible company to work for. do not work here. thanks for making me waste and put hella miles on my car for no pay.

I've had the pleasure of working for and with Rayco Electric and I found them to be very fair and have genuine care for their clients and employees. As a family owned business with outstanding values I can't say enough about my time there, I don't know what the one reviewers experience has been, but I do know if the boss schedules you on a service call by gosh you had better be on time or called both the shop and customer and advise them ahead of time or else. I wish Ray, Elvis andDennis and the rest of the crew nothing but the best. Roland Soucy and family Carmichael ca

Rayco is the sub-contractor for my new home's electric. There were some electric issues as a new construction. The warranty person who came out to fix the issues was Mark Pierini. Mark was very courteous and knowledgeable about troubleshooting the problems. Mark located and fixed the electrical issues. Marked even corrected another companies issues to save me another warranty person coming out. Mark is one of the best tradesman I have dealt with in a long time. Thank you.
