I kid you not, Pepco has been harassing me with bills for a shared house in Arlington I moved out of 12 years ago! When I called to ask to be taken off the account, they said I had to get the current tenants to get my name off the account. Too bad I live in Hawaii now and have no idea who lives there! I still don't know how my name got on there in the first place.
