Quality Electric was really the best to work with. I was renovating a house in Stone Harbor, that needed a lot of different electric components taken care of. Brian was helpful, friendly, prompt and professional, and went above and beyond just doing the job, as did everyone in his employ. The proposal was very thorough and accurate, and the price better then I had expected.

These guys were on time for the quote and repair, they made sure I knew the time frame of when they will be reaching out. Also thinking it would be a complicated job, Dylan was professional and knowledgeable. Advised me it was an actual quick fix. After the repair was finished he also made sure everything was in working order. I highly recommend them.

First service on our 22kw was today. The service technician was Awsome she explained the entire system to me from the simple service to actually turning off the power to house to have the generator perform under load. I was impressed to the detail of workmanship she performed from the oil change, to touch up paint on a scratch, then detailed and polished the entire unit.

I'm not usually the type to leave reviews, however when the service goes above and beyond I feel that I must. From the beginning of my interactions with this company I was nothing but impressed. Kate called me after work hours to help me out when I lost power. She advised me of the steps I should take before scheduling an appointment (for a free. estimate, how awesome) and then got Jon out to me the very next day! Jon arrived early, in a mask, was knowledgeable and so kind.
He explained the problem and gave me a MORE THAN FAIR price for his work! I highly recommend @quality eclectic service to anyone who needs electrical work done! Kate & Jon, I'm VERY grateful!

They installed the generator without a hitch. They also maintained it perfectly too However I tried over 2 months a total of 4 times to get as little as a guess as to what it would cost to disconnect it so I could install it on my new home. I was apologized to every time and promised that Brian would get back to me to no avail. Every time I call he is not there or on vacation. It is very disappointing that I have referred 2 others that have bought units and my encounter these same problems one day.

If your thinking of purchasing a natural gas standby whole house generator, there is no other, purchase it from Quality Electric Service. I bought mine from them 5 years ago, they installed and handled everything for me. I have had them do all of the preventive maintenance since. They are the best. Their staff are the most professional and friendly. If you looking in South Jersey, look no further. I would never let anyone else touch my investment.

We had a new range hood and a ceiling fan installed. The ceiling fan was complicated because it went through a drop ceiling. The installer (John) said he was not satisfied with the fan because it was wobbly to the touch. He did not have the correct shimming materials in his truck that day, but said someone would soon be back to complete the job. Two days later Sean came and completed to the job to our satisfaction. All of the folks at QE that we dealt with were polite, friendly and professional. We would definitely use them again.
