If you are looking for electrical work, BJ Electrical Service is one to call. Great professional service. I wanted an outside electrical outlet and the have my electrical box checked as well as my detached garage electrical checked. Outside outlet installed as well as a GFI in my garage. Jeremy and Cole arrived on time. The crew took personal safety wearing masks during this time of the pandemic. I am very pleased with the care and work done. Thank you!

Needed a new junction box installed in the back of the house. This required a new cable to be strung through a fairly inaccessible attic in the terrible summer heat. Jeremy responded quickly with a reasonable estimate and Martin and Eddie showed up on time with their Covid masks to get the job done. They got the 110v wire through, installed the box perfectly with a level, reinstalled a cable TV wire that I pulled loose and left a pull line in the attic in case we ever need to string another wire across the house.
Even though this was a difficult, dirty job in 140 degree heat, they were friendly, professional and very focused on cleaning up everything at the end. Definitely would use them again!

This weekend while working on a small project in my shed I turned the main electricial breaker off.while trying to restore power the main breaker switch became stuck between on and off. I didn't have power to the house. I called my normal electrician but their office was closed. It was Saturday. I called BJ Electricial and spoke with Jeremy. Jeremy talked me through the steps needed to restore power to my home.
I am so impressed that he answered the phone On a Saturday and even more impressed that he was happy to listen to the problem and then talk me through a solution without asking me for my credit card. BJ Electricial is now my new electrician! I haven't seen service like this in a long long time Thanks Jeremy and Thanks BJ Electricial.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! Jeremy, the owner, is very professional, diligent, polite and hard working and so are his employees. I flipped my grandma's house and needed some electrical work. He gave me a lot of great suggestions and solved a few problems for me, even ones I didn't know I had. His prices are realistic and they get the job done correctly and swiftly. I live in Tampa and will be flipping my house soon. I just wish he worked in Tampa so I could have him do the job there, too.

After getting a ridiculous estimate from another local company, I called. BJ. The estimate was half what the first estimate was and what I felt was a fair price for what I needed done. They showed up on time and ready to work. The work was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this family owned company. They do quality work for a fair price and are a pleasure to have around.

I contracted this company to install a sub-panel for an electric generator to power my home if city power was unavailable. I had issues with the generator so took it to be repaired by a Honda generator shop in Tampa, FL. I later hooked the generator to the new sub-panel and tested the system. After flipping switches on for various rooms my home, my wife came out yelling to turn it off - "sparks were coming out of the walls and appliances".
I assumed it was the sub-panel and later found that I was wrong. I called BJ Electrical to come out and check my panel because I suspected something wrong with the wiring. They promptly showed up and tested my system. Jerome, one of the owners, explained the problem and showed me that the generator was producing the wrong voltage (240 volts) to my 110 circuit panel.
The problem was my generator, most likely the re-wiring I had the shop do to bypass a GFP circuit for home generation use. Nevertheless BJ did not charge me for the service call and in fact they helped me load the 400 pound generator into my truck to transport back to the generator shop in Tampa. I highly recommend BJ Electrical not only for the work performed but the manner in how they conduct business.
