Venice Electric

Venice Electric was supposed to do a job for us today did not show up we called about 10:00am they said decided they could not do the job. When did companies think It was ok not to show up and not be courteous enough to call to the customer?

Venice Electric installed some new smoke alarms. Months later they charged me a $125 service call fee for coming out to reset an alarm that had had a strange light flash going on. They fixed the flashing, and then gave me the Operating Instructions, which would have allowed me to fix it myself in the first place. I protested the charge, and they agreed it was not fair to charge for a visit that would not have been necessary if they'd given me the Operating Instructions in the first place. I will continue to use them - this is good business, high integrity, and besides that, they were prompt when I first called them for service.

As a business owner, I am really glad to used Venice Electric. They changed all my lights for a modern day light LED and for a reasonable price. Thanks

From start to finish my experience was first class, Brittany organized the appointment over the phone. George the electrician phoned before he came to check that he had all the material for the job and did the job in an efficient professional manner. The charge was very reasonable and we will certainly use Venice Electric again.

Very pleased with the service received from your technician, Spencer, on 1/30/18. He was sent by contractor to replace a defective light switch but found more than a defective switch to replace. Spencer is extremely knowledgeable and really curious as to why something isn't working properly. Explained the problem in detail and how he would go about correcting the situation. Norma Trinchero

John and Gabe came to replace an old Federated electrical box. I was given a window of time to expect the work to be completed and they were spot on. They moved a desk that was in the way, cleaned up and both gentleman were very professional and personable. Working with Venice Electric has been great, including talking with Brittany to schedule. FPL and inspectors showed up exactly when needed. I will definitely use them again as I change out some outdated fixtures and fans in the home.

I have used Venice Electric for many years. John and Spencer are my go to guys for any electrical problem. They never give up, have fixed a fan the company could not fix and trouble shot many outdoor problems. They are timely and persistent. You will be pleased with the services of this pleasant company and its employees

Bad wiring, they rewired my place and have an open common but cannot find it. Two visits, still not fixed have to come back again. Left my place a mess, chopped up ceiling in the wrong place and now I have to fix it. They have no idea what is wrong or where it is, but I know it's an open common just don't know where. Dust everywhere have to clean everything AGAIN.

Guess their warranty work doesnt mean much to them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Maybe these guys need to break down, spend a little more money and hire REAL electricians.
