A tree fell on my power lines and the response time from them to come and make it safe was basically instantaneous. They were professional from start to finish. Much respect. Service: Electrical power restoration

They came out 4-5 weeks ago, saw what needs to be done, send the estimate and agreed to do the job. We were in communication to make sure that things are going well including paperwork and signatures. Today they showed up on time, to actually leave half an hour later and call me back to say they are short handed and they can't do the job at all. I made it clear to them that I have a deadline and if they take the job that means they'll do it. Now I have to figure out how to be on time for my customers. I guess we'll take the hit and work around the clock, as Fairfax Electric should have done.
