I recently had a situation at one of our income properties. The tenant informed me that they had 4 outlets that were not working. I have a fair amount of experience with troubleshooting electrical shorts and open circuits but I could not find what was causing the outage. I called one electrical contractor and got no reply at all, then I found Shamrock after doing some searching on Yelp. Mike returned my call promptly and agreed to meet me at the house that afternoon.
He called me 20 minutes before the appointment to confirm and he arrived as scheduled. He went to work quickly and using all sorts of troubleshooting skills found my open neutral which was causing all the problems. He cleaned up after doing the work and gave me a written invoice which was fairly priced. He did not try to upsell me or charge me for any extra work (that didn't need to be done). I was really impressed with Mike's communication, his work, and his pricing. I will use Shamrock Electric on future projects and I would recommend them to others.

Great work as always Mike! To the readers I've been using Mike and Shamrock Electric for only about 6 months but he's already been called on 3 times and every time has been quick and painless and his rates are great.
