On Monday we started noticing that multiple outlets in our house had no electricity. We tried resetting breakers but then we had no electricity at all. Friday an electrician from Canyon Electric came and said we needed a new main breaker before he could diagnose or fix other issues. The company could not get another electrician to the house until Monday which was fine with us. An electrician came to replace the main breaker on Monday but afterwards there was no electricity to the garage at all.

He said that the visible wiring was improper and found three other issues with outlets in the house but that he had another job to go to and couldn't fix the issues. He said the office would schedule someone to come when I paid for his service. The office said that they couldn't send anyone for another 22 Days! From today May 23rd to June 14th!

When I told them I was upset, they said that I had not told them what was wrong with the electricity and that they had given me emergency service for the new breaker. I am not an electrician which is why I called them. So $500 later, I am in the exact same boat I was before I called them. If I would have known that they would leave me hanging, I would never have called them in the first place.

Our experience with this company is through a technician called Ron. What a good down to earth guy! Ron is a jovial person who loves life and taking care of his clients. A savvy technician who diagnosed our situation and taken care of it promptly. During a resent home-owners inspection, we ran into a situation and called upon Ron's service once again. Mr. Johnny on the spot was there within 30 min of our call and fixed the issue at hand. I see why this company's logo is "We Fix Your Shorts". Thanks, Ron, for taking care of us. L&P Williams

I'd give 10 stars to Canyon Electric if I could! Ron G was amazing and very professional (he even showed up earlier than expected). I have smoke detectors in vaulted ceilings that are unreachable without special equipment and one of them decided to malfunction and beep incessantly. Even though it was after-hours, Canyon Electric came out within a few hours of calling, had all the necessary equipment, and Ron made quick, clean work of replacing all the smoke detectors in the house all for a very fair price.

He even found out that one of the smoke detectors wasn't wired correctly and he fixed that too. Canyon Electric was the best experience with an electrician I have ever had and they've made a life-long customer with me. If you're looking for an electrician, you can't go wrong with them.

Ron G. was fantastic. He assemble and installed our 9 blade ceiling fan. He was very patience and showed me how the ceiling fan worked by dimming it, different shade of colors of lighting. He also installed the old fan into our guest bedroom. I called the several company for an estimate and all the other company wanted an outrageous rate per hour. Yet this company charge a flat fee. Which save me some money. I really appreciate Ron and Canyon Electric team. 5 star review.

1. Bought a new dryer I did NOT realize you need to buy the pigtail for the outlet? 2. But it Was four prong not three like original dryer., oh my gosh. Called around found canyon, man they saved my day called Thursday here Friday using it by Friday night. It was cheap for me easy for him and fast for those wanting to use new unit. It all worked out. MARIO was professional and helpful I'd use this company again and highly recommend.

Great service and price! Needed some cameras installed on the house and Ron came by for a free estimate. I followed up a few days later to go with their quote and the entire process was seamless! After we moved to a house shortly, four ceiling lights and two ceiling fans stopped working one day. Called Canyon Electric. The technician, Mario came. He was professional, experienced, efficient, and polite. Mario fixed the problem in a timely manner and explained how to use this complex system correctly. I was so happy to find Canyon Electric in google! I decided to give them a call since I see they have a 4.8 ratings and thats high. We didn't get disappointed. This is the second time we obtained service from Canyon Electric because we are very pleased with the service provided by Mario Mills (he completed the first project as well). Mario is a true professional, he knows his trade well, he listens to customer's concerns and make appropriate recommendation if needed but ultimately allows the customer to decide.

He gets the job done right the first time --- no need for re-do. He arrives on time and calls ahead to advise us that he is on his way. He is a true asset to Canyon Electric! I needed help restoring electricity in my kitchen area. Several lights were not working. Canyon Electric sent Mario out. Mario was able to diagnose the problems and even rediagnosed a couple of issues to get all lights back in working order. I had to get a few items at home depot to finish job and they were able to reschedule Mario to complete work. He also reinstalled a couple of switches and got a half bath exhaust fan working so it would not trip gfi. Great to have kitchen lights working again.

Called 1 hr. Into ETA called me back and said that the technician had a Family emergency and that he would not make it. I told them that I would run to Home Depot in the morning. IT was the ground fault switch. Saved 160.00 dollars. I knew what the problem was. Thanks Again I'll be sure to call you again.

We are extremely grateful to Canyon Electric Company and to the licensed electrician Ron who did the work. We have owned our home for 12 years and have had problems with our GFCI's tripping and cutting the power to our outlets and light switches. My wife's brother-in-law who is a handyman came to visit and he told us we needed GFCI outlets at all our bathrooms and in our kitchen and outside.

He said this was a National Electrical Code requirement. After he replaced everything he left and a few days later we lost power to half of our house. Ron went from one room to another checking and replacing all the outlets the brother-in-law had done and he found a few others that were bad as well. He explained to us that due to the year our house was built the GFCI's the brother-in-law installed were not only not required but also they wouldn't work they way he had wired them.

He said he sees this all the time when people who are not trained professionals do work they think is right. The charge for all this work was EXTREMELT reasonable. I am pretty sure a lot of companies would have taken advantage of the fact that we had had an unlicensed handyman do the work first and totally screwed everything up and now here we were at their mercy but NO, Canyon Electric charged a little more than $200.

When my wife came home later she said "OMG I was expecting $1000!". It's so good to see honest caring and dedicated people are still around. DEFINITELY would recommend Canyon Electric.

Alberto with Canyon Electric is the BEST! What sounded like a fairly easy job turned into a huge puzzle. Prior tenant had hired a handyman to do some electrical & Alberto found a crossed up MESS! He methodically went through & fixed everything! He takes pride in his work. Cleans up after himself with all the bits & pieces. Professional, reasonable rates & all around nice human. All the staff was great to work with.

I had some issues with lights in my house. I sent a request in on Sunday to be called back and on Monday I was called by Canyon Electric. They were able to come on Tuesday which was great. Ron came on Tuesday, even called ahead to let me know he was coming. Appreciate that. Ron reviewed my electrical box and found some issues with connections not being tight.

He immediately resolved that and lights went back to working perfect. Ron was great in explaining everything so I understood what the problem was and how it was resolved. From speaking with the office to Ron coming, it was an absolute positive experience. I would recommend Canyon Electric to anyone. The price was exactly what they quoted me and I truly felt it was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again for any issues or needs in the future.

The previously installed fan/light/remote was installed 18 years ago by others and NOT to code. Canyon had to correct that problem which was NOT easy. The electrician did so in an efficacious manner. The appointment was on time and the price was reasonable considering the time spent. Canyon Electric was one of three recommended by Home Depot. I will use CY in the future should the need arise.

I used Canyon Electric for the company I work for to fix our band-saw. The whole experience was very easy and pleasant. Jessica is very communicative and tells you exactly what is going on. They really did their best to get us an appointment quickly. Paying was easy and even refunded us for a part we ended up not needing. the electrician was very fast and got our problem fixed. Terrific company, highly recommend. They were sent to me by my warranty company to repair wiring that the oven repairman determined was defective from the oven failure. Their scheduler, Jessica, was friendly and knowledgeable and accommodated me with a time that worked for me. The electrician was prompt, and efficient, and determined the problem immediately and repaired it. Jessica called to check on the repair, but I told her I had to wait for the oven repairman to finish the job.

Once the job was complete, I contacted Jessica to let her know, everything was working. This is a great company, professional, efficient and friendly. 5* A+ highly recommend.

Canyon Electric was recommended by a good friend who said he had heard they were reliable and charged fair prices. We had bought a remodeled house and when I turned on the dishwasher and used the microwave, on the same wall, at the same time, the power went out to them. I tried the circuit breaker and the GFI but it didn't work. I explained this to the Canyon Electric technician and he thought it was the GFI and put in a new one; however, a few weeks later the same thing happened.

He came out again and finally figured out what the problem was and finally repaired it. I appreciated that Canyon Electric was determined to fix the problem and provide great customer service. Jessica was wonderful and I would highly recommend Canyon Electric.

Then he took a moment to show me what sockets drove what, if you follow that. Canyon Electric 5/15/2018 My Electric panel burned and needed to be replaced I contacted four electric companies for estimates. I have been dealing with "Jessica Cox" on the phone since this incident happened she has a very calming and soothing voice and was very knowledgeable friendly and efficient she helped me from start to finish.
