Elite Electric and Air recently installed a new A/C system in my home. Fabian and Gus were the installers and I could not have asked for better quality of work. They took their time to explain the features of the system, test the system and answer my questions. Best installation service I have had bar none. Electrician John was prompt, polite, professional and very knowledgeable of my needs. John provided me with several options in regards to my electrical problems, problems that I never knew existed. Or even asked about. I felt like I was being up sold things that I didn't need or even ask for. One option was to update my entire electrical fuse box.

This would have cost over $3500.00 dollars. I simply asked this company to look at my landscape lighting system which was merely turning a switch from the off position to the on position. That service alone was approximately $200.00 dollars. I did agree to the installation of a GFI circuit to my pool light. This appeared to be a safety concern that I wanted to address.

All in all the service of Elite Electric was great but they are very expensive. Beside the charge for the labor/service they charged another $89.00 dollars just to show up at your residence. I feel that an elderly person may be taken advantage of by this company when they explain to an elderly person all the added options and procedures that they recommend, that probably won't even be necessary.

It reminded me of going to a drive through oil change business to get a $30.00 dollar oil change and they want to add on several hundred dollars worth of services that you didn't ask for. In general great service, friendly and knowledgeable electrician but very expensive

We used Elite's plumbing services. Scott was our technician, and we can't say enough about his knowledge and professionalism. He listened and did everything we asked him to do and did it perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone.

Don was very pleasant and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I enjoyed the time they were at my house and am pleased with his work. Corey is extremely knowledgeable and does his work to perfection. His laugh is infectious. He was proficient and respectful. Did a fabulous job replacing my electrical panel. I highly recommend he and your company anytime.

Very pleased with his work ethic. Stefan was pleasant and did a great job. Polite and respectful. Took his time to make sure things were done right. Corey was also back too. He did a wonderful job figuring out all the problems he encountered in this house. So smart and funny. I have never had a person who took such pride in his work. Everything was done with perfection. He is an asset to your company and represents it well. Make sure you tell the guys how much I appreciate them and the job they did.

Yesterday we very politely asked our neighbor if she could have the workmen not ark directly across from our driveway because it made it difficult for us to back out. we are senior citizens, we live n a narrow street, and there was plenty if room for their vehicles without blocking us. well, they moved one of the two vehicles, but the kid didn't move his truck. today, the clown made a point of parking square in back of our driveway, just as i was about t leave. i waved my arms at him and he laughed. then he had what i can only call foul attitude to take my picture as i backed out. i hope he got a good picture of my middle finger. we called the company, but they offered no help and even denied that the guy, who we saw, was the same guy. (if it wasn't the same guy then why did he feel the need to take my picture)? well if this is the kind of help they employ you can be sure they will never do any work n my house, and i suggest others consider the same. I tried to post on their facebook page, but it will not accept comets -- which is hardly a surprise. they had the unmitigated gall to ask my wife for a picture. here it is

The company and the three employees who came to my home starting from the Tech John and the installers Will and Fabian sorry if misspelled but they were awesome friendly professional and honest and clean! i recommended Elite to 2 neighbors hope they use you. The A/C was a bit costly but they gave me a good interest free 18 month plan. I know inflation and part shortage raised prices.still they did a professional and honest Job that all I could ask for. As part of our routine maintenance, we scheduled our semi-annual service. The air conditioning had been running efficiently, so we didn't expect any problems. During the inspection Andrew found a very small leak in the coil. Fortunately, the repair will be covered by the warranty, which was about to expired in one month. We appreciate Andrew's thoroughness during the inspection to find the leak before it became a problem, both financially and from a home comfort standpoint.

I could not be happier about the prompt, high quality service for Elite. I had Elite install a new packaged unit AC on my rental property. Great Service from the beginning, estimate, to the install and permitting. Kept me informed during every step. I called Elite to service another AC unit at a rental property and they came the same day- diagnosed the problem and showed me pictures of the issue, which turned out to be a roofing issue.

The third call to Elite was the heat not working on a older AC unit. They came the same day and fixed the problem. From the telephone call to the office, to dispatcher, to technician the service was always 5 star. Highly recommend Elite Electric and Air

I've had good results on two previous service calls in the past, but things were not good this time. The service technician had bad attitude upon arrival. Perhaps because he got lost and showed up late. He complained and criticized my new Nest thermostat from the moment he saw it. Said they are junk and cause many problems. Meanwhile I've had one there for 4 years, and 3 other properties with Nest thermostat. Well, after almost 3 hours; he installed a (non-smart) traditional Honeywell thermostat that sells at Home Depot for $39.99 and that was $189.00.

It took 5 minutes to install. The other time was spent trying to figure out the wiring, which turns out there was a connector issue and he replaced it, plus added 1 pound of Freon. He kept telling me that my 10 year old unit must now be replaced and he could give me a good deal. Took the liberty of sending me a quote for $6155.00. When he was finally convinced that I wouldn't buy one from him; he got off that subject and on to fixing the problem; which we had only called for a maintenance ($89) call. Total charge when finally was done = $615.00. The TECHNICIAN you get makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this particular tech left much to be desired.

My Husband & I needed some electric work done at our home. After calling multiple electric & air company's. This one came through quickly as we needed, & we had Willie Torres Our Electrician he was on time, accommodating, very knowledgeable with the job we needed done. He was super kind, Friendly & quick. I really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable he was, put me at ease!

Pro: Recently had a new AC unit repaired not installed by Elite Electric but had a warranty part installed in the house and the service technician did an amazing job. Con: The company is charging an outrageous amount for labor. For 4 hours of labor I was recently charged $929.00 which I think is totally unacceptable. The part was under warranty and just for four hours is totally not good pricing here in this area. Defiantly my first and maybe last time dealing with a company. Con: Customer service skills over the phone needs to be sharped with this company.

If a customer call for details on items being repair would like to know everything up front and not waiting for call back etc. When it came to the bill they were paid up front and it took 4 days for the part to arrive and was promised yesterday as the installation date.
