This company is amazing. I was in a huge bind. AC unit was down and the weekend was right around the corner. They were booked for the day but were able to squeeze me in. The tech that came out (I believe his name was Aussie) was super friendly, efficient, patient and respectful. He wasted no time, got right to work and explained everything in understandable terms.
When I called in for the service call, the lady that answered was super sweet and helpful. The owner himself called me back to help get me in for same day service and was so kind and understanding. I highly recommend this company! I have programed them into my phone and will absolutely use them again! They could have charged me an arm and a leg for the situation I was in but they didn't. Their price was more than fair! I will never call another AC company as long as they are around. Thank you Forward Electric and Air Conditioning!

It has been many years since I had a company come out to my house that was as professional and polite as forward electric and air conditioning. The install crew arrived first thing in the morning and had my entire system removed from my house very quickly. New system was installed and up and running before lunch time. It's amazing what a business can do with a efficient group of employees that know what they are doing. Just got my first electric bill and I am saving $3 a day on my new efficient AC system

Full disclosure that my best friend works here, as an electrician, and I'm so grateful that he does. My AC went down with my wife and 16mo twins home while I was at work. I asked my wife to handle it and she did. But she puts me on the phone with a tech from a different company and after several red flags he gave me a price that shocked me, for "warranty" work that would require ordering parts and told me to get a window shaker.
The conversation and the price left a bad taste in my mouth and I called my friend Cody to pick his brain. He immediately put me in touch with Bill the owner who took several minutes of his time to talk to me and hear my concerns. He asked me if he could send a tech out to give me a second opinion, and as he suspected we may be getting scammed. I comfortably agreed and before I knew it my wife called and said it WAS WORKING. Jordi was the technician that came and my wife was impressed by the difference in the two men that came by. Jordi showed up and got to work for our family, cleaned what had been neglected, and saved me an unnecessary $1,400 repair bill.
He left me a work order with HONEST maintenance suggestions that I will gladly have them come back to perform. Integrity is everything to me, and for that reason alone, Forward will be the only AC/Electric company I will recommend in the future. Thank you, Bill, Jordi, and Cody.

Unfortunately with an older house and with a rental property, we have had many reasons to need an electrician or an AC guy and forward electric and air-conditioning is always who we call. For minor repairs to light switches installing fans or a flood light to completely replacing our entire air-conditioning system forward and it's team are there from start to finish with experienced, knowledgeable, clean, and professional workers and office staff. This is an honest company that I would recommend to anyone needing electrical or air-conditioning work!

Unfortunately, I do not trust this company anymore.they mistakenly sent out two men on a maintenance call which had been completed a week earlier. This call was for a vent fan installation. I was assured the job could be still done, however, they were unprepared. I was left with a ceiling to sand and repaint and charged for 2 men. I assumed the second was in training for he did nothing but sweep. The charge of $350 was excessive for the mistakes were all theirs. They offered me a $50.00 credit on future work.but I have no intention of using them.they are dishonest.

Had my ducts redone and ac system serviced. I also had an electrician come out to install a recepticle for an above oven mount microwave in our new cabinets. The guys who came do do the work were professional and performed the work promptly and for a great price. They also cleaned up the work space as is they were never there. Jeff who supervised the install today did the service. the results of our new unit can be found in the fact. in the past my wife suffered from upper respiratory issue. this new system has stopped that issue. thank you Bill and your entire staff for giving us great service. fair pricing and peace of mind. This company is simply the best! Forward Electric & Air Conditioning has been serving our A/C for over 16 years! Nothing worst than coming home from the office at 5pm and the A/C isn't working. called Forward at 510pm. Bill picked up phone had a tech at my house in less than 2 hours and had ice cold A/C. thank you Forward for always doing a great job. it's not the first time I've used their services. Forward Electric and Air is my go to for my A/C and electrical needs. They have done both A/C and electrical work for me. They are very prompt and efficient. The techs are very knowledgeable and easily explained what was going on with my electrical outlets and why they were not functioning properly. I also love that they are family owned and operated so they definitely take care of their customers. I highly recommend them.

Forward installed the A/C when the house was built and have serviced it since. The technicians are prompt, courteous and take time to answer any questions. Office staff is very responsive. Good service is more important to me than finding the lowest price. I am very happy with the service provided and see no need to look any further.
