Yankee Electric Construction Co. Inc. was founded in 1975 by Raymond Barry and Gary Kopsco. Throughout its twenty-five years, Yankee Electric has grown to include three full time office employees and fifteen full time electricians. Yankee Electric operates out of a 7,500 square foot space in Fairfield, CT, which includes their offices, shop, and warehouse.

We have used Yankee electric since 2008 and they have done multiple projects for us. They have upgraded our home to 200 amp service, roughed the electrical for a master bed & bath addition, and have also completed multiple other projects including vent fans, light fixtures, and baseboard heat. They are very neat while working and clean up after themselves. they also show up on time, finish the job when they say they will, and are competitively priced. overall, fantastic experience with them.
Just wanted to say we are still using Yankee Electric and have finished 4 more projects with them. Most recently they came and re-attached our power lines after a major storm hit. They were here the next day. Gary and his crew are the best.

I called them on Monday, April 30 about some work I needed doing. The person I spoke to took down my information and promised to get back to me. More than a week later, I have heard nothing. Even if a company does not have time to do the work I have in mind or does not want to do it for some reason they should call me back and let me know so I can find someone else to do it. So I have now wasted a week and have to find someone else to do the job.
