Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I will never use this business. I asked for an estimate on running an outdoor electric line. A rep came out, saw my tall grass, turned his back on me, said they would not do my job, and walked away. Arrogant and unprofessional. Other companies have agreed to do my work. Lucci has a terrible attitude.

I have used these guys for years and they've always been efficient, knowledgable, dependable and honest. Had two guys here for 3 days and they couldn't have been more professional and helped me solve all my problems. Very good about taking off their shoes too, and leaving everything just as they found it.

The head electrician (Chris) was extremely rude and didn't seem to be interested in the work. The receptionist (Janine) was unprofessional and when she was asked if our appointment was still on due to a possible snow shower, she responded saying "she is not a meteorologist and she can't confirm the appointment" which btw was only two hours away from that point. I do not recommend this place as they don't have the work ethic I expect from the companies I do business with.

So we were refferef to them by Generac as we need a new whole-house generator. The lasy I spoke to booked our estimate appoointment 4 weeks out - not ideal, but fine they're busy. I call them the morning of my booking (time was between 8 and 12) to make sure they had a 4WD truck capable of getting up our (snowy) driveway only to find out that we aren't even on their schedule - no record of us at all.
I expressed my dissapointment of having to wait 4 weeks only to be told that they don't even have us scheduled, which was met with the response of "well you only had to wait 4 weeks, it's normally 7-8, so just consider yourself lucky". We won't be using them going forward.

I had a very negative experience with this company. I set up an assessment appointment with Lucci, and they made me wait a month for the next available slot. They then rescheduled me for an even later date (about another week). The worst part of this story however was when their "head" electrician came over (his name was Chris). I found him to be rude and genuinely uninterested in the work I wanted done.
Half way thru the assessment he told me that this was all "service work" and he is not going to give me a quote, he said "this is all general service work and it's all going to be charged by the hour." I then asked if he could give me an idea of how many hours this would take, and he said something to the effect of I don't know I wasn't looking that closely.
At that point he pretty much said I think we're done and let him self out. All in all, I was left with nothing but a lot of wasted time. Needles to say I'm not interested in working with them in the future. Last note, they seem to have 2 receptionists at the time of writing this, one was very polite the other one was not!

We have been using Lucci Electric in Wilton for many years and recommend them. They installed our whole house generator and have come to our rescue on various electrical issues many times. We love the office staff (Dawn and Sarah), who are always friendly and helpful, and the electricians who have come to our house have been professional and polite.

Avoid. They will come to check out your project and schedule a return appointment to do the work. Yes, you will be billed for the first visit. Then, they will return to do the work only to realize that OH NO! THEY CAN'T DO IT. OOPS! Then, they will charge you for that visit as well. All in all, you will pay close to $1000 and have no work done.
After that disaster, you will call a different electrician. They will come out and give you a free estimate and then come do the work for about the same amount that Lucci charged to piss away your time and accomplish nothing. Be warned.

Recent winter storms had damaged the main power supply lines servicing our local community theater, The Wilton Playshop. In my role as house and facilities manager, I contacted Lucci to assess the damage. Chris and his team diagnosed the problems right away, obtained the required work permits and organized the temporary shut off of power to the theater so repairs were made.
The repairs were done meticulously and Chris went above and beyond by repairing the damaged roof of the external electrical box enclosure too. While on site, Chris also tracked down the cause of another unrelated electrical issue in the house itself and repaired that as well. We ae thoroughly pleased with the results - we couldn't have asked for more!
