Lackore Electric Motor Repair, Inc. started business in 1942 with a focus on electric motor repair. Since that time, we have expanded our services to include electric power tools, generators, compressors, pumps, garbage disposers, pneumatic tools, pressure washers, dynamic balancing, and aligning. We have expanded from the initial Winona, MN location to also include our present location in La Crosse, WI. Our fully equipped facilities provide factory authorized repairs for a long list of manufacturers and that list continues to grow.
Services
Our state of the art, controlled temperature burn out oven and bake ovens maintain the integrity of the stator core to keep efficiencies at their highest levels. The Dynamic Balancers are also the top of the line which enables us to balance rotors, fans, impellers, blower wheel or any other rotating piece of equipment to well below NEMA specifications. The balancer at our LaCrosse, WI location can handle up to 2,500 lbs, while in Winona, MN 1,000 lbs can be dynamically balanced.

Lackore Electric carries a large inventory of new industrial products and tools, as well the areas most extensive inventory of repair parts and accessories. We accept the following forms of payment; cash, VISA, Mastercard, or approved open account. All new open accounts must submit a credit application for review prior to purchasing on account.
We have a larger showroom packed with the tools and replacement items you need to keep your electrical applications running smoothly. At our La Crosse location we have the most complete selection of all the Lackore Electric product lines. We also feature a number of specialty services, such as large motor dynamic balancing and core loading tests.

Took two Milwaukee power tools to get fixed under warranty. They called me 9 days later to tell me that one of the tools is fixed but the other one they are still waiting to order the part for until the "meet the order minimum is met". I don't care that it took 9 days to fix, that's great in a busy economy. I care that they hadn't even ordered the parts for the other tool after 9 days.
After 16 days I got both tools back and the guy who repairs them was rude to me. He talked down to me like I was stupid for no reason. i didn't complain or nothing to be treated like that. The woman at the counter had a attitude problem too. Next time I'll just send out to Milwaukee E-service where its guaranteed back to you in 7-10 days. All the tools in that store were so overpriced, I don't know how they could ever sell anything other than warranty claims.
