I did a lot of shopping around for Tesla Wall Charger installation. This was one of the cheaper options but the world was of very high quality. The team arrived on time and quickly installed the wall charger within one hour. They even set up the Wall Charger so there was nothing for me to do afterwards. They went over how to use the device and answered all my questions. All the holes were spackled over and the wire cover was neatly arranged against the wall. Would highly recommend Winn Electric for all your Tesla Charging needs.

Highly recommend Winn Electric for electrical contracting needs. I have used Winn Electric for electrical work twice and their prices are competitive and their work is top notch. I recently needed a bunch of assorted electrical work done (Outdoor outlet installation, new sub panel installation, a standard 120v outlet installation, and 220/240v outlet installation).

I reached out to multiple different electrical contracting companies, and Winn Electric had the most reasonable quote and the quickest availability. Arnold came out and performed the free quote for services, and once we came to an agreement on the services to be performed, an invoice was created. After the invoice is created, I called the office and worked with Christine to schedule the appointment and put a deposit on the work to be performed (1/3 down which is reasonable and standard practice).

I worked with 2 electricians, Eric and Shawn, who performed the entirety of the work in less than 2 hours total. I was thoroughly impressed at both the speed and quality of work performed. Everyone that I dealt with at Winn Electric was extremely pleasant and a consummate professional. They will absolutely get my business again in the future!

What set Winn apart was they where the only company to come out, assess the situation, tell me exactly what I needed and provide a prompt, not bloated quote. The install team was professional and courteous. They came, did exactly what they said they would, (Only company that offered to cover up any holes they put in the wall) cleaned and left in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. Used multiple times on different types of repairs and upgrades. Not the lowest price, but excellent quality and value. DIY projects involving electricity can be risky and even as a construction professional, we rely on Winn.

Being new to the area and not knowing many companies I called upon Winn Electric based on their amazing reviews. An appointment was setup, for what I thought was an estimate, to review what we had going on with our pool lights, deck lights and extending cable lines throughout our home. Upon arrival the two men came in and proceeded to inspect and look at the items that I wanted a quote. Hind sight, I should have been weary when 2 men showed up.for an estimate.

They did spend more time looking at the deck lighting than what I thought was necessary for an estimate. Basically like they were trying to fix it, right now. I wanted an estimate. Concerning our pool lights, they did not know what to do, grabbed the converter/transformer information and said they would have to look it up and get back to me. A couple of weeks go by and I don't hear anything and all of a sudden I get a bill for $195!

Nothing was fixed and I have no resolution to the issues that I called them to address. I called their office and explained that I did not authorize repairs, just an estimate. They repeatedly sent invoices for which I ignored because I already spoke my peace. Here I am 1.5 years later with a collection notice from their attorney for $195!, for what!? An estimate?

Which I never received, and electrical corrections, for which was never performed!? Highly unprofessional. Yes, some blame is on me and I should have worked more diligently to settle the bill sooner. I'm in construction and provide free estimates all the time for projects that are worth millions! And they have their lawyers (Lawrence Law) coming after me for $195, and nothing was ever fixed! Also, the letter from their attorney states that their was a "contract", I signed nothing.

Very happy with installation and customer service provided by Winn Electric! I got someone on the phone right away, showed up on time, and was professional.

I don't understand the mixed reviews concerning this company. I've had occasion to use Winn on small projects and large ones, multiple properties and quite different circumstances. Sometimes they knew who I was (repeat customer), sometimes not. Didn't matter, all projects were done efficiently, expertly, and entirely to my satisfaction.

I find their on-site personnel to be highly competent and polite, but most importantly knowledgeable and capable of handling the unexpected. I wrote a similar review on Google, full disclosure, but in my opinion they deserve it. Mark Thistel, Baltimore
