I had several outlets that needed power restored to them and several outlets that needed to be installed. Lawrence with Community electric came out and figured out my best options. My 2 installs were in tricky places and we figured out the best way to achieve them without having to do any drywall cutting or go to too much trouble. When it came time for my work appointment, James arrived promptly and did a wonderful job on everything.

He and I did some further brainstorming on the placement of one of my new outlets and came up with an even simpler/cleaner solution than original. Would definitely recommend and use these guys again.

I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment with Lawrence. I waited because he came highly recommended by 2 trusted friends. There was a miscommunication about my appointment and he thought he was only here for an estimate and I thought it was for an installation. Lawrence said he would be back at 9 today (the next day). When I opened my door at 9 it wasn't Lawrence but rather James Williams.

I knew nothing about this and was really caught off guard. I asked James many questions and he did good work but I think I should have been informed of the switch. I would recommend this company to friends but am very disappointed in the miscommunications, even with sincere apologies. I even had a call from the office manager the first day as a follow up which I appreciated but switching electricians was not what I expected.

Community Electric was great. They arrived on time and were able to resolve all of my issues quickly. They were very thorough and went above and beyond to help me. Have used Community Electric at my own home and also rental homes we own - they are wonderful! Very reliable, trustworthy, pleasant to work with. Could not recommend them more, and I love they're a locally owned family business. Great work all around!
