Kelly helped us install our hot tub electrical service. After leaving a message on a Saturday we received a call back Monday morning, they were able to send a electrician out that day to provide a quote for us. The quote was very reasonable and the electrician took the time to answer all of our questions regarding the install. On install day the electricians showed up right on time, installed everything very neatly, and after they left I could hardly tell they were there since the job site was cleaned so well. I was very satisfied through the entire process. I highly recommend Kelly Electrical Contractors, you won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend Kelly Electrical for your home electrical needs. We had what we thought was a minor issue with a GFCI outlet and they still sent an electrician out right away. The electrician, Ray, was incredibly helpful. He troubleshooted the issue, which was more than just the outlet, and fixed everything in under one hour. I will most certainly use Kelly Electrical again!

Look no further! these guys can not only be trusted but do great work! It all started off with a phone call and once they answered the phone the woman I spoke to demonstrated the urgency to help and accommodate me with the necessary services as soon as they were available. As anyone who is reading this review knows, not all contractors show any urgency, so this was a welcoming experience to say the least.

My particular situation was an emergency or so I was led to believe by other untrustworthy electrical contractors who came to my house, caused alarm and told me that me and my family we're living in a fire hazardous home due to damage they supposedly found in the thousands of dollar range. The same guys that told my family that we were living in a fire hazardous home also never called me back or showed back up to fix what they left undone.

I'm not going to mention the names of these companies, but trust me they are very big contractors. After explaining the situation to the receptionist at Kelly she immediately found an accommodation for me the same day, actually within a couple hours and sent out a technician. When the respectable electrical technician showed up at my house he was clean assertive and ready to handle whatever problem I had.

I tried to explain what happened and what was going on and nothing made sense to him that I explained and was told by the others. I also had pictures of the people at my house doing work and was able to show him as a way of explaining what they told me and it still didn't make sense to him. He then politely asked me to take him to the affected area of the house so he could investigate.

Once I showed him he began to do his thing, only to tell me with that if he was correct he would be out of my house within a half hour and my electric would be on and no further work would be necessary. Guess what? My house wasn't in any risk of catching on fire, he fixed two receptacles and $89 later he was gone. A contractor with integrity! Here's a contractor who had a blank check and could've told me whatever he wanted and I would've believed him just to get the job done to provide my family a safe home and instead of taking advantage of that situation he created a new customer. Thank you, Kelly electrical contractors for the wow factor experience.

This is a top knotch company from the office personnel to the electricians sent out. The costs are very upfront once the problem has been figured out, and they back up the services rendered. One other thing I really like about about this company is the technician fully explains the work completed or to be completed and what to look for in the future. As long as this company is around.they will be coming around here.

Great experience. Receptionist set up an appt for tech to come out first phone call, he showed up 10 minutes early day of appt. Very professional and great work will use them again.

Kelly Electric really came through for our family - my mother needed a new line put in for an electric water heater and our downstairs electric went out for some unknown reason (at least to us!) Used Kelly to replace an attic fan. Very professional outfit. They responded to our call in less than 24 hours, and the electrician that performed the work was prepared and knowledgeable.
