I have used JEM numerous times and they continue to be responsiveness, prompt, and professional in everything they do. Eddie in the office is great to deal with and lets you know what to expect and when to expect. The guys that came out last week, Shawn and Steve, were friendly, prompt and very professional. Prices were fair and came in less than quoted when they realized scope of work was less than anticipated. Would recommend to anybody.

I have had my fair share of electricians in the 1 1/2 years Ive been in my home (a lot of electrical issues) and I cannot begin to tell you how much this company actually did the job I paid for fixed all my needs, they are great priced, professional electricians as well at office staff. Had a home inspection and passed with flying colors. Highly recommend!

We had JEM electric install an exhaust fan among a number of other things in our house. Ian and Drew did a great job. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that does exactly what you want without a lot of fanfare. They work well with tenants and did all the leg work scheduling the work and followed up with all zoning paperwork.

I was working on a kitchen remodel and Jem Electrical helped with some unexpected electrical work and what a pleasant experience I had with them! They were very professional and always answer their phone when you call. Their price was more than fair and they were punctual. Nothing but good to say about this company. When I couldn't figure out why we weren't getting power to several outlets and switches I finally broke down and called in a pro. They came out faster than I expected to see anyone and figured out my issue and had it fixed in 20 minutes. Billing was much better than I assumed so pleasant surprise there. Highly recommend them.

They recently did a new lamppost install for me as well as wired up my shed. They were on time and very professional. They cleaned up any and all mess from the job.the price was very good, I won't hesitate to use them again

We had to contact JEM Electric on 2 occasions. Both occasions a technician showed up within an hour. Our electrical were needs met, the technicians were very attentive and professional. I would recommend JEM Electric for all your electrical needs. When employees/technicians work for a company that cares for them, it shows through their performance.

I just had JEM Electrical Contractors upgrade the electrical connection to my detached garage so I could charge my Tesla at home. I am very happy with the result. The work was done quickly, neatly and efficiently. My Tesla is now charging at least as fast as I had hoped and sometimes a bit faster. All the JEM people were great - Dan who planned and estimated the work and Joe and Josh who executed it. This is the second time I have used JEM; I have been highly satisfied both times. At this point I will absolutely call them first for any future electrical work I need.

Integrity honesty courteous. Prices are fair and reasonable. Would hesitate in the past to call an electrician but not anymore. Have reccommended them also to my friends and they too love them.

Today was my first experience with JEM Electrical and I'm a very happy customer! The technician, Teddy, was phenomenal! He called me in advance to notify me that he was on his way then arrived as promised. Upon entering my residence, he was genuine, respectful and highly professional! Teddy immediately identified the problem and provided me with a reasonable quote and finished the job promptly!

Recently I had two 6ft French crystal chandeliers installed by JEM ELECTRIC and I couldn't be any happier with the service that I received. Stan did an excellent job on installing both of them and he made it seem very easy as to what he was doing. They were professionals and I would strongly recommend them to anybody. What I liked about JEM ELECTRIC is that the owner personally came to my place to make sure everything going smooth which now days you don't get that very often. If you need something installed or electric work done JEM ELECTRIC is the company you should get in contact with. GREAT JOB

Spoke to Ed the day before the court appearance who swears that they would not have sent his service people out without letting us know there was a service fee (we'll agree to disagree, even though the website SAYS free estimates and there is no fine print!). Anyhow, after going back and forth a little bit, he agree to settle for $75, which I paid over the phone.
