Glaenzer electric came out to check ceiling fan. They were the first electricians to show up after calling many others for over a month. Wonderful customer service experience. Nathan the tech that they sent out did a phenomenal job. The lady in the office Laura doing the scheduling was super pleasant to work with. Great workmanship speedy service. Extremely thrilled. They got our house ready to sell and code compliant and took away the worries. These guys are thorough and do a good job. I always felt like I got my money's worth. Recently, I've had a tough time getting someone out. There's sometimes a wait, which is fine. But this last time I called, I was told I'd get a call back in a week to schedule. Never got the call. I called after two weeks to start over. I got a lady who wanted to transfer me to someone else's voice mail. Ok, unimpressed, but fine.
Then I get someone who tells me it'll be two weeks. I tell him that no one called me back the last time two weeks ago. He apologizes, but there's nothing else to be done. I have to go with someone else. I hope Glaenzer can get their office problems sorted out. I was a customer for years.
