Eric and his staff were so professional and detailed oriented setting up the date to come out, inspecting my property and giving me a very fair estimate. I got such a good feeling and had all my questions and worries about the project put to rest. We are currently working on a date to start the generator install! *UPDATE* We just had Eric and his team out to the house for the install!

My generator was originally installed incorrectly by another company, and when i found gen-plus i was hopeful they would correct the issues that the original installer refused to fix. they did! and were prompt, informative and efficient. it was a simple fix, and their honest evaluation was so appreciated. needless to say, they will be doing all of my tune-ups and any future service.

We used Gen-Plus from Tillson, NY, to install our whole house generator this past October. They were wonderful from beginning to end -- handling coordination with the gas company, getting all the official paperwork expedited, plus the actual installation, which involved digging, removing soil and stones, and then replacing everything perfectly. In addition, everyone we dealt with was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and completely expert in what they were doing.
And here's an update a year later - we had our first annual "tune up" of our generator and that service was as excellent as our initial experience. Gen-Plus in Tillson is a great company with great service!

Our original service provider discontinued servicing house generators. From the Generac Mfg. Companies authorized service list we found Gen-Plus Inc., Tillson NY. Visiting their office convinced me it it a real professional outfit and we scheduled the next Generac required annual warranty service call with Gen-Plus. Being a retired Industrial electrician/engineer, I was very impressed with the Gen-Plus tech Steve's knowledge and professionalism. I know my whole house AC generator is in good hands with Gen-Plus from now on. Bob.

Gen Plus has serviced my generator for over 10 years. We live in the country and the power goes out a couple times a season. They have showed up in a timely fashion in numerous emergency conditions. I was also out of the country and they serviced my generator and were kind enough to wait till I was back in the States to handle payment. Real human beings work here and they are professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

They say you get only one chance to make a first-impression. Well, Gen-Plus succeeded doing that! The company is a pleasure to deal with from A-Z. The person taking my telephone call was friendly and courteous; the technician arrived promptly at the scheduled day and time and kept me informed as to what he was doing and how long the service would take.
The service was completed in a timely manner. The technician was very competent and I definitely felt that my generator and I were in great hands receiving the best of care. Super customer service!

I was very happy with the installation. Eric and his crew did a nice job and worked with me to keep the costs down. Efficient & neat. You feel confident when the job is done. I highly recommend them. This is an update a year later. I still love my generator and Gen-Plus is trustworthy & does good work, but $225 to tune-up a 1-cylinder engine is a bit ridiculous. My 5-cylinder VW Rabbit only costs $300 for a tune-up and that's at the dealer. And yes, that does include an oil change also.

I first heard about Gen-Plus from a local electrician that installed my generator back in 2012. I hired Gen-Plus to do the start up on my generator as well as submit for the warrantee. Steve and Gen-Plus have done a fantastic job ever since. I use them for my annual maintenance and Steve is great! He goes above and beyond and always has a pleasant demeanor.
