I attempted to do some home electrical work myself, but it failed. I called Blackhawk Neff and within a half hour their truck pulled into my drive. Within a few minutes Gary discovered the problem and in a few more had it fixed. To add to the service, the work was done as a courtesy and without charge. Obviously, no business can do work without charge and stay in business, so this is an unusual circumstance and it is so appreciated. If and when I need electrical work done again, I will call Blackhawk Neff and pay willingly!
