This company has done a couple of jobs for me including the installation of a Generac backup generator. Both times that they have done work, it has been an excellent experience. The crew that did the work were really good. There was one minor service issue afterwards which turned out to be a faulty propane regulator and that was not even their responsibility.

They responded to my call rapidly and had an engineer on site within an hour. It is always a pleasure to write a good review, they have earned it and I would not hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly.

I was having an unpleasant odor problem with my Generac generator for several weeks that my generator installer could not solve. Scott came the day after I called and diagnosed a failing battery. He replaced the battery and did my annual service and the generator is working well. I am very pleased with the outcome and plan to use them for my future service needs.

AES was recommended to me and I'm very pleased I chose them, as well. Ron and team did a great job installing my Generac. The office kept me informed and the work was done on time. From the time that you've called to make an appointment and then when the technician arrives absolutely phenomenal people the best part about them is having my Generac generator that they installed as my biggest lifesaver the technician Scott who comes out in service is it yearly is very professional and courteous explains everything that is going on during the check up they are very fair and very clean and what they do I would recommend them to anybody thanks for having such a great working team

These guys are absolutely awesome from the time that you call them to make an appointment The technicians are very polite and thorough I've had electrical work done by them recently but most of all is over three years ago them doing my Generac generator and it has been a lifesaver they do my yearly maintenance and the gentleman Scott who does it is very professional and polite and explains everything that goes on during the process very grateful for a company that takes it to the extra mile

First of all, I never leave reviews. The customer service has been terrible. Called last week to inquire about a generator maintenance service contract, reviewed and decided to go forward with it this week. Called Tuesday morning to pay and schedule the maintenance. They gladly took payment but said the system was down and couldn't schedule yet. I was told they'd call back when systems were up before end of day. Nothing. Called the next morning, Mary was very nice in apologizing and stated Kelli would call back right after she got off the phone. Nothing. Emailed them at the end of day as a reminder and was ignored.

This morning I called a third time now. Donna was very rude to me and raised her voice many times. We finally scheduled an appointment that took less than a minute. I've never had such a bad experience before even using a company's service.

Very professional company. Great customer service. Had our generator serviced and technician was very knowledgeable and repaired our generator that same day. Had the parts on his truck! Would definitely recommend this company!

Extremely efficient company. I was impressed from the initial contact with Advanced Electrical Services Group. The office staff were professional, yet personable, and directed my call accordingly. The gentleman that visited my residence for the estimate was experienced extensively with the issues I was having. After spending an hour reviewing the project, he explained that I would receive a proposal within the week.

I was surprised that I received it within 3 days. After reviewing the proposal, I hired them that day. The work was scheduled for the next month. I received a reminder call the night prior advising of an estimated arrival time. The technicians arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. They were experienced, courteous and respectful for my property.

The work was completed on time, and exceeded my expectations. I am 100% satisfied with the work, and will continue to use Advanced Electrical Services Group for all of my electrical needs.

Becareful before you hire them to do any service work. They only want to sell you a new generator and won't diagnose the real problem so they can sell you on a story. I hired another company that has more experience and very professional service technicians.

Terrible terrible service. I've been waiting for a report for over a week now. I have an urgent situation in my building and the electrician from Advanced ESG came out and did a "temporary fix". The issue is time sensitive and the electrician has still not contacted back with a report, with multiple attempts by the owners and residents. Do not use Advanced ESG!

First, to clear some confusion, this company Googles as located in West Chester, PA, but our invoice came from corporate offices in Boothwyn, PA, so they appear to service from various locations. AES supplied and installed our whole-house generator, and we also have an ongoing service contract with them. We found them through Home Advisor (formerly Service Magic) who has proven to provide really good choices for contracting work. (This comes from 11-year-veterans of gut-job home renovations, and some horrific contractor experiences, so when I tell you Home Advisor led us to decent people, it did.) We were initially given three options, and AES beat all other quotes to get the job. AES worked with our township to get permits, and was easy to reach and deal with, especially considering our need to delay work so we could install a concrete pad to support the unit, due to the terrain where we wanted it located.

After an 84-hour Peco power loss in 2015, there was no way we were going to sit through that again. For two years now, we've had a top-notch Generac generator, connected to our gas line. It has reliably kicked in within 10 seconds of any power outage, and it was definitely money well spent. Freezer stays stocked all year with tons of food, and we don't worry about losing it.
