We just moved in our house and an outlet kept on tripping and causing others to go out. I spent some hours trying to figure it out, with no success. Mike and Eric came and fixed the issue within a short time. They not only were professional, but allowed me to ask questions and took the time to explain to me what was wrong and how they were repairing it. I would highly recommend these two electricians!

Rob and the crew at Brookside have been my go to electricians at all of my restaurants. They have been professional and transparent on every project. They are very fair on price and show up when they say they're going to be there. I highly recommend them for commercial and residential work.

I have investment property in Norwich which needed electrical work done. While Brookside's office is in Westerly, I figured I ask since I could not find a dependable contractor in CT. They have a service technician who did not live to far from their and was able to take care of needs on multiple occasions. Very prompt and dependable.

I had them go to a property that is rented out. They did the work on June 19th. It seemed to do the trick. Then I get a call from a tenant on July 27th saying the issue that they had before is happening again. Called Brookside July 27th 1st time left a message with the receptionist. Never got a call back. Called again July 31st left a voicemail. No call. Called again on August 9th left a message with Receptionist left office and work cell #. Did receive a call back but missed the call. Tried calling the number that was giving no one picked up and left a message and they never called back. All while I was trying to call other places as well. I refuse to use them ever again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called them to ask for a quote, which they advertise on their website. They said the estimator was out and he would call me back. Three days later I had to call them again to ask for my quote. They didn't have a record for me, even though on the previous phone call I spent 10 minutes explaining the job I needed done and the man on the phone said he had a very good idea of what I wanted.

On phone call #2 I was told I would hear from the estimator within 2 days. The following week, after not hearing from them, I called back a third time. This time they set up a quick visit for a Tuesday to come see what I wanted and to give me a quote. I left work early to meet with them at my house and they never showed up. Needless to say I gave them a call and let them know how displeased I was and that I would not be giving them any business. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for a reliable electrician.

They do great electrical work. Residential or commercial they get the job done!
