Critical: Professionalism While working for Horizon I had a child and was promised a false narrative. Was scolded for bringing my child to check ups and never had a good experience. My boss was an apprentice. Overall they get a D- The smallest guy(Tony) with the biggest ego needs a reality check.treat your employees like your customers.

We just had Horizon take care of some light fixtures and address a few electrical issues- Adam was prompt, efficient and did quality work. Really appreciate a job well done! Thank you! Service: Light fitting installation

This company has taken swift action on a matter that was very disturbing for I and others. This shows where the company is at and their professionalism. I thank them for their actions. I can't speak on their quality of work but I can speak on who they employee and are as a company, it is someone you would feel comfortable to have in your home. Let it be known if a circumstance with an employee comes up in the future they are willing to do what is right.

Impressed with their action in regards to an employee displaying racist behavior. I have not worked directly with the business but I would gladly choose them for future needs knowing they will listen to their community's concerns.

While I can not speak to the quality of service provided, I hold a great deal of respect for this company given their decision to terminate the employment of an employee openly disseminating racist content online. This business shows great integrity.

I had an appointment scheduled for the end of August. Tony called and stated they needed to reschedule because of the parade of homes. We set up a new day in the middle of September. I called Tony the day before to confirm my appointment. Tony said the appointment was still good and he would call me around 9am the following day to let me know when they would be coming. Tony never called me and no one ever showed up.

I got a hold of him the following Monday and explained the situation to be told "that sounds familiar" and that as the day went on, he didn't have anyone to come to my house to complete the work and that they are really busy. No one ever called to say they wouldn't make it. Tony set me up for another appointment today at 730am. As of now it is 9am and no one has shown up.

I called the office and no answer. Called Tony's cell phone, no answer. I have wasted so much time waiting for these people to show. If you are looking for a company that may or may not show up when they take your appointment, then these guys are for you!

My company has used Horizon Electric on several insurance restoration jobs and they are always on time and always within budget. They have done work for me in the whole Metro area.
