I wanted to let you know that we are extremely impressed by the work that your company did in our home. When my boyfriend, Brian, got to the house, the workers were getting ready to leave and he assumed they were finished for the day and would have to come back. He was shocked when they said they were finished and he was even more impressed by their professionalism and quality of work they did.

We called Dave Roche Electric after PPL told us we needed an electrician to fix our electrical panel, which was hanging off of the side of our house. They were able to come the next day, but the woman who answered the phone let me know in advance they may not be able to complete any work same day - which we were ok with since they warned us in advance! Dave arrived on time and was patient with me as I tried to get our dog upstairs in case he needed to access the electrical box within the house.
He was patient in explaining to me what the issue was, as I will openly admit to having no idea what any terms he was using meant. He took his time to address what the issue was, why it occurred, and how it needed to be fixed, and he offered to fix it the same day. He left to get materials, and returned promptly to get to work. The entire time we worked with Dave, he was professional and courteous. We would recommend his company to anyone, and will continue to use him for any electric/HVAC needs we have in the future.

We've used Dave Roche Electric several times. Each time, we received a prompt response to set up an appointment as well as a timely appointment. And each time, our problem was pinpointed accurately and resolved quickly. Everyone was courteous and understanding of our needs. When you have an electrical problem, it's important to have someone you can depend on. And these guys are dependable, knowledgeable, courteous and reasonably priced. On a scale of 1-10, they get a big 10.

Very responsive to service call with a new customer. Great communication regarding the problem with the HVAC unit. Able to obtain the replacement parts needed when every other supply chain has weeks and months of delays. Prompt return service call to install the replacement parts. Oh, yeah, all at an affordable price! I will now be a returning customer for our HVAC maintenance! I highly recommend Dave Roche Electric Inc!

Hands down the best electrician in Berks (and probably beyond too) to work with, I won't go anywhere else. We've used them twice now, and both times they were incredibly quick to get us scheduled, ridiculously nice, and super affordable. Their customer service is top notch. I'm obviously not an electrician myself, but I know just enough to be mildly useful at best and dangerous at worst - Zach and Steven explained everything they were doing, why they were doing it, and seemed like great guys all around. They absolutely set the standard for this kind of business.

Zach & Steve were great. We lost electricity in one area of our home. They called prior to coming to let us know they were on the way. They diagnosed our issue quickly and made the repair. I emailed them for some estimates. I heard back right away and got scheduled for an estimate. The guy showed up for the estimate right on time. He said I would hear in about 1 week. After four weeks went by l emailed them. I got a response right back that said "let me check real quick." I never heard back.

Just had D.R.E. do some work at our home a few days ago. I love getting great service & giving positive reviews. Don't we all?! Any hoo.they moved a ceiling fan from one room to another which involved a brand new electric run & fan install as well as re-installing a newly purchased one in place of the old one. They also fixed my bedroom ceiling fan so that it was wired properly at the switches.
Everything went well. They got to me early (due to a job cancellation.and they called 1st to be sure it was ok to come earlier). And they worked Quickly, Quietly & Cleanly (if that's a word). They were personable & professional. Price for all. very reasonable & less than originally quoted. 5 star. Absolutely NO complaints or criticisms. Certainly Recommend. (My wife had spoken to the their desk person on the phone & was very pleased with dealing with the 'front desk'. Making appointment, getting return phone calls & follow up emails all contributed to an overall great experience.)
