This is how all businesses should operate. Roger was amazing, responsive, answered all my questions and even saved me from paying his emergency rate and saved my fridge food from spoiling. My experience with him will surely sour me on any other service calls, as few go above and beyond as he did. To top it off, his rates were beyond reasonable. Thanks again Roger!

After calling multiple businesses for emergency electrical work, Roger was the first person who could come over the same day. He was at my house within 45 minutes, and identify the problem quickly. He was able to fix everything, plus other issues we have been neglecting. He was done with the main project in under an hour, but there was a 2 hour minimum so he offered to fix the other things since we had time. Very informative, and very professional! Highly Recommended!

My electric went out in half of my house yesterday, I went on Google looking for someone reliable who could show up right away. Roger was the third call I made, because no one could come the same day. He answered right away, and was at my house within 45 minutes. He quickly identified the problem, and fixed it very fast. Since I was paying for two hours of service, he worked on a few other projects for me as well. Extremely happy with the service provided, and highly recommend Roger for any projects you have.

Roger is the best guy I have ever hired to fix my electrical problems. He is punctual, professional and have done a perfect job. Most of all, he is fully responsible and very honest. I clearly remember my first experience with him. It was a late Sunday evening, when I failed in several attempts to find an electrician to fix my pool equipment issue.

When I called him, he quickly picked up the phone and came to fix the problem successfully on the following day. I was so impressed by his satisfactory work and reasonable charge. Then I repeatedly hired him to fix other problems. Not only he does a marvelous job each time, but he also kindly pointed out the existing electrical hidden danger in the house.

He is such a strict rule follower in his business! Gratefully I learned from him and I respect him for his professional work as an electrician and for his decency as a human person that I rarely met. I do strongly recommend him.

Roger arrived within 45 minutes of my call. He was friendly and courteous. I had multiple outlets and lights not working in my home. He was able to find the problem, broken fuse, replace it and get me back to normal. I would recommend him.

This is my second time getting help from Roger and like before, it was an awesome experience. Not only he fixes your electrical, ac unit, door handles ect. he allows you to participate and learn why it is malfunctioning. The pricing is very honest and reasonable too. He is a pleasure to work with, very respectful & honest. Recently I called upon Roger to troubleshoot an AC condenser issue I'd been having. I had consulted 2 separate HVAC companies, who gave 2 separate "diagnoses" and outrageous quotes over $1000.

I knew something was fishy as I did my own research (YouTube, haha) and was reasonably confident it was a much simpler issue. Rodger offered to come and check it out, no strings attached. Lo and behold, a simple capacitor swap and we're cool as a cucumber! $35 part + very reasonable labor. Roger is deserving of every star and hard earned dollar! I would recommend him to anyone!

Not going to lie I know nothing about picking a good Electrician but what I do know is good service. You can tell that Rodger genuinely cared about helping us and gave us a fair price (we did call around). He repaired a ceiling fan for us, gave us guidelines of what we should pick out and what we are to expect when he starts the repair. He made everything an easy process for us. Definitely recommend!

Roger saved us! We were hosting a party and our lights went out half an hour before guests were to arrive. It was a technical issue and a some wires burnt. Roger rushed right over and fixed the issue right on time! Nobody noticed thanks to him! We also appreciated that he was upfront with pricing over the phone and did not overcharge at all. I do know he was easy to work with; provided the kind of detailed information about regulations, etc., that made him more trustworthy in my eyes; and that those who look at his finished work are impressed. Did fine work at our home installing outlets in various rooms, running to a grounded outlet, and found various issues to repair. Installed security lights, and will be using for other projects.

Long overdue review. Husband and I were having issues and Roger came and fixed the problem with ease and his expertise. Furthermore, ran into another problem late night on a Monday and Roger was more than willing to help with the situation. He truly saved the night!

I've used NoFixNoPay on two occasions in the past year, once for broken shower lights and the other for an EV charging outlet installation. I went through the Home Depot Pro Services Referral Saturday night, last night, and Roger called me right away and left a message on my voicemail. I called him back the next morning and scheduled same day late afternoon appointment to replace 4 archaic hardwired smoke detectors, replace a mini chandelier and a dining swag lamp, and help me find the chirping sound in the upstairs hallway LOL!

He even suggested we help him pre-assemble the chandelier and swag lights to speed up the process to save money in the end so I had my family help in the assembly line! Done in two hours.including hunting for the phantom chirping (looked in the attic, walked up and down the stairs multiple times oyy veyy). Super satisfied. Will definitely use his services in the future. Thank you so much Roger!

I called Roger yesterday afternoon to get a quote on installing a lighting fixture in my kitchen. To my surprise he actually answered the phone, unlike other places, and was able to give me a ballpark figure for installation. He was also able to get me scheduled for the same day and for a time that worked best with my schedule which I really appreciated.

He arrived on time, was very professional and most importantly was clean while working. He laid a tarp down on our kitchen floor, installed our fixture and when he left there was absolutely no mess to clean up. I will definitely hire him again if we have any other electrical needs.

I called about a power issue I was having and Roger said he could be at my house in just an hour. While waiting for him I was able to figure out the issue on my own and called him back. I offered to give him some money for his troubles but he declined and let me know I could call him anytime I had an issue. Seems like a great businessman and will definitely reach out when I need him.

It is hard to find an electrician you can trust. We are lucky to have found, Roger. I have had the pleasure of working with Roger a few times with in the last year and it has been a great experience every time. Roger has proven to be dependable, professional, economical, and passionate about his work. When I text or call, Roger replies as soon as he can to let me know his availability.

I texted him on a Saturday out of the blue and he called back 5 minutes after. Roger has never missed or delayed on a scheduled appointment with me and when he arrives he takes his time to ask me questions and goes over the details properly and precisely. One time I tried to rush him so I could pick up my son from school early and instead of looking for short cuts he offered to come back another day so I just patiently waited for Roger to do a great job.

His price is extremely fair and he is honest with me about what really needs fixing. I had an another electrician tell me that I need to replace my circuit break panel ($5k) but Roger came after and pointed out that the current panel I have is extremely functional and he fixed it for way way less. I didn't need the circuit panel replaced. Through out the time of his visit he also tries to teach me about electrical related topics.

I'm not going to try to fix any electrical but it nice that he will take the time to share his knowledge. I hope this review helps you make a good decision for your family. Roger is my family's electrician.

(No fix no pay?). It should be no fix you still pay. I had to call him out 3 time for the same issue that he didn't do correctly the first time. At the end of it all he never finish the job. Consumers beware

I forgot about this until Yelp send me updates. I don't know what it means by BBB in favor of. All I know is that BBB got my money back for me. I did get a visit from the city inspector that someone reported I have an illegal steam generator in my bathroom. Umm? I wonder who would know that.? Good thing everything was up to code and legal.

NofixNoPay. Roger wasn't able to fixed the issue from our initial diagnostic for about two hours due to time constraints and other variables, but proposed a reasonable and safe solution to my issue on the first day. I payed him for his labor only which is reasonable. The following day he was able to fix the issue with additional tools and refunded my payment from the previous day and applied a safe fix.

I enjoyed his company and also fixing the issue immediately with short notice. I wouldn't hesitate giving Roger a call to at least get a diagnosis of your issue as he's very knowledgeable and charges fairly.

I always appreciate someone who is straight up and gives me an idea over the phone of what the cost will be and he offered to come out same day at no extra cost. Fantastic work and got the job done quickly with no overage or any extra cost to me.

Roger helped my mother in law fix a problem I could not. I started trying to change some outlets to GFCI's and when I opened the outlet I opened up a whole can of worms. Roger helped figure out some really poorly done wiring problems. He came on time and his rate was very reasonable. He's a keeper

My wife and I moved into an updated home that we purchased from a company that flipped houses. The last actual resident of the property installed a security system, and neither we nor the prior company knew the security code. When the power went out, we went to the circuit breaker to turn the power back on. The alarm sounded, and the only thing we could do was turn the power back off to kill the alarm.

The security system circuit was connected to the garage, so we couldn't use our garage door. All this happened as we were on the way out the door to dinner with friends. We need this alarm out ASAP. We began calling electricians at 8:00 AM. Roger was the first to actually answer his phone. The number on Yelp is his actual cell phone. Roger promised to be at our home by noon that day, and quoted us a price per hour, two hour minimum.

We thought the price was fair, and he also offered us a 10% discount on labor if we paid in cash. Perfect. Roger got to our house early, and uninstalled the security system quickly. Since he committed to two hours, he checked various parts of our home for electrical issues and offered to fix them within the two hour time we already paid for, with the only additional cost for parts.

He also offered installation services for ceiling fans and installing outlets for mounted TVs (so the wires don't show). In short: Roger was everything we needed. He did the job quickly and at a fair price. If I need any immediate electrician services, he'll be my first call.

Thank you Roger for being so accommodating and professional. I learned something today about lighting fixtures which was an added bonus. Another happy customer!

Was very impressed with Roger's work ethic and professionalism. I called on a Saturday and he made time in his schedule to look at a small doorbell repair within the hour. After assessing the problem, he gave me the choice of going to buy items needed and returned the next day (Sunday!) to install. Nice, polite man who seems to enjoy his job. Highly recommend him.

What you'll notice first is the incredible scope of knowledge he has; he detailed all the rules we needed to know and offered us a very detailed quote over the phone. We knew right then this was our man! I'm impressed that he made time during a holiday to come assist us, and appreciate the same-day service greatly. His prices are very reasonable. He accepts cash/card and online payments too, which was pretty handy.
