Jorge was a pleasure to have in my home. I know absolutely nothing about electrical and he was so informative and explained everything in a way that I could understand. He was extremely thorough and gave me peace of mind. The warranty was the best part of the whole thing. You can't put a price on that. I would definitely recommend Corley to anybody I know.

Sam Gue was a pleasure to work with. He was a very professional and friendly gentleman who gave our home a full electrical inspection and gave us recommendations on what to fix. He gave multiple options so it gave us the freedom to pick what was within our budget. He performed the work we wanted with ease. Sam clearly knew what he was doing and gave us plenty of educational information regarding electrical wiring as my wife and I asked question after question. Would recommend 100%.

I contacted Corley about a leak. I was quoted a price to come out and assess. When he "found" the leak, he claimed it was from a seal around the tub. He repaired the seal and said he would not charge for the repair. Then my spouse was given a $400.00 bill. I have asked several times for the breakdown of how we came to be charged $400 so I can file on my insurance.
I have yet to receive a breakdown or the call back from management I asked for. Everytime I asked, I just get a receipt for $400.00. To make matters worse, the next week we had the same leak. Turns out the seal he "fixed" was never the problem. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Getting a whole house water filter from Corley with Russel Smith as the plumber was fast ans easy. He was professional and provided great advice. He was able to connect the new device around my existing set up in a way they would that it will be easy to service in the future. Other quotes did not offer the same advantage. I was very pleased with the work he did. I have used them in the past and I was quick to call Corley again for this service. Good help is hard to find, but in case it was easy peasy.

I needed wiring put in for a living room ceiling fan, so I called Corley. Sam arrived on time and was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He inspected the whole house and gave me several options, ranging from simply doing the wiring requested to repairing and updating all sorts of other electrical issues in the house. In the end, however, the price was too high and I opted to do the installation myself. No complaints about the company--I just didn't have the money for it.

There are not enough good words to express how happy I am with Corley. They do excellent work, in the manner you ask of them, and they explain the why behind everything they must do if bringing things up to code is required. The crews that have been out to our house have been wonderful. Very friendly, professional, they care about protecting the things they are working around, and they clean up any mess they make.
We no longer call around for estimates. Corley is on speed dial. I also highly recommend their service partner plan. It's cheap and well worth it. Thanks guys for all your hard work and being here everytime we need you. You have a customer for life!

I had clogged my kitchen sick drain from my garbage disposal. This was cleaned out by Jacob $125. Then I asked him to check my water pressure and he found that the water pressure controller seemed to be breaking down. It was over 11 years old. So I had him replace it and I paid over $400 for that. The work was done well. Jacob was very polite and answered all my questions. You pay for quality parts and service when you deal with Corley.

Beware of Corley's rip-off scheme. As others have stated correctly, they are always 4-5 times overpriced, and overcharge for things they could not even fix. We also called Corley to fix a basic plumbing issue and asked the responding plumber how much it would cost to repair or replace a dripping bathroom sink faucet. He told us that Corley would charge us $850 ($450 for a new faucet and $400 for service), and suggested that we buy the same faucet from Lowes / Home Depot / Amazon for $100-150 and give him a call to install it at a fraction of that quote. This was a honest admission of the rip-off scheme from a Corley technician himself. Now that we know their rip-off scheme, we will never call Corley for any job!

Russel was professional and friendly. He performed the snaking of my toilet quickly and efficiently and tried to ensure that clog was completely clear by performing several flushes with more than sufficient amounts of toilet paper. He was honest and up-front about the charge which to my opinion was about double what I thought it should have been. I guess that's the premium you pay for needing the service not "in the next couple of days". The phone service was courteous and kept me informed of the schedule.

We had Corley come out to our home to investigate a plumbing issue we were having. They were able to come out the next day (could not come the day of due to a snow storm), and took great care of us. Our plumber, Dave, was wonderful. He was very professional, explained everything he saw every step of the way, fixed the immediate issue and provided long-term solutions to fix the larger issue causing the problem we were having. I would highly recommend using Corley and specifically Dave form their Greenville team.

Dave Moore is a great guy and extremely skilled plumber. We just had some work done within the last few weeks and noticed a pipe, one that Corley did not install, was sagging and dripping under the house. We called Corley to handle it and they made the repair at no additional charge. Through no fault of their own they did not see it during the initial service call because an air duct had been blocking the view.
That's a level of dedication and service that we've never seen before. I'm going to recommend Corley to anyone in need of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC services. Thanks again!

Recently had our 40 gallon water heater replaced. Simple job. $2300. Asked for an itemized bill. got their (General Cost) Structure. Misc costs were $468. I was told this was to cover operational costs, trucks, gas, insurance. They do good work. but I can not recommend them based on price. Shop around and save some money.

Matt was professional, friendly, and courteous during his maintenance check on my heating system. I am the curious type. He answered all my questions about the system, which areas had wearing parts and suggested priorities/options for parts replacement. Overall, working with Corley for a maintenance check up was a good experience and excellent value. If I need any further home system repairs, I would definitely consider them.

This company just robs its customers. I had a tripped breaker and no power. The technician kept trying to sell me on all these additional services, and I asked him to just fix the problem. He never went over the final summary of charges and the invoice was an absolute rip off. If I hadn't needed the power restored so quickly, I would have definitely looked at other options.
I will never ever use this company again. When I tried to discuss this matter with a supervisor, he just talked about their overheads and their costs to run the company and why shouldn't they make a profit. I am appalled at their fees and costs for menial electrical work and there is no customer service.

My father passed away and we moved my mother into a home near us here in Simpsonville. We got her a new sink and needed it connected. I considered doing it myself or having a handyman who was helping me do it. Due to time, I decided to call Corley who I've never used. They offered to come out the next day which I thought was excellent. Since I was doing so much work on the house and it was taking so much time, I left her at her home to be there when the Corley tech attached the sink.
This should have taken an hour or so and cost a few hundred dollars. My mother called me later, on the brink of tears saying she had to spend a fortune on attaching the sink. I was shocked as I knew this couldn't be the case. She went on to tell me the bill was almost $1,200! What? The tech convince my elderly mother that her garbage disposal, which was working just fine, needed to be replaced.
He then charged her $569 for a new disposal and $500 to install the sink! I looked up the model of the disposal, and it was $159 at Home Depot and Lowes. When I arrived, the work seems to have been done well, except that the outlet sparks every time we flip the switch for the garbage disposal. I'll have to now hire an electrician to come look at the sparks.
When I looked up electricians to hire, Corley's name came up in a google search. First thought, zero chance I'd call them again or recommend them. At this point, I feel like they preyed upon an elderly woman who was alone, sold her something she didn't need, and then charged an outrageous amount to take advantage of her. I work in network security, and a small part of my job is protecting people (especially the elderly) from scammers. I can't help but feel like my mother got scammed, but from a local company with a business license.

I was very pleased with the plumbing services performed by Mr. Abe Martin of Corley Plumbing. He assisted me in procuring the correct parts for my kitchen faucet and returned to properly install them when they arrived. During his inspection after installing the parts he located another issue that needed immediate attention. He pointed this out and gave me my options. He was professional and performed the services in a timely manner.

Here's what happened: the technician looked at the device (30 seconds), went to his truck to write up a quote (15 minutes), came back in and told me it would be $98 minimum. Shocked, I asked the technician if he could just show ME how to do it, not do it himself. "Not without charging you a fee, " he said. Does this make you want to do business with Corley?

I called this morning. I had a technician come out to my house for vent cleaning. He didn't go in my house. He was here for less than 5 minutes. I was told the cost would be 1600 for vent cleaning. On the phone earlier this week I was told it would be estimated 400-500. But anyway my biggest issue is he could have told me this 1600 quote over the phone because he didn't even go in the house.
He asked me ONLY 2 questions in order to give me that quote. But instead you all wanted him to come to my front door so you can charge me a 90.00 service fee. That's highway robbery.

Wow. I've used Corley plumbing before found it to be over-priced and lacking in tech support. Now a family member has used their electrical support way over-priced with a 4 figure agreement and the work was incomplete, to say the least. Had to call out another electrician and got the work done for 20%of the Corley amount. When Corley was contacted about their poor service at high prices, they wouldn't charge a fair price. Be careful of Corley!

I called Thursday evening to schedule an appointment to have my inoperative AC serviced. The first appointment available was that Sunday between 8 AM-1 PM and I took it. They sent two e-mails confirming the appointment. When Sunday after 1:00 rolled around I called them to check the status. I was told that my service had not been scheduled (by an oversight) and that no one would be coming.
It is hot in July in Greenville and I will engage another HVAC firm rather than risk another botched appt with Corley. They wasted my time and I am disappointed in them. I would not recommend them.

I am so very disapointed, after spending almost $200 on an inspection. They presented me with several options non addressed my issue and all where very very expensive. So i took matters in my own hands. Replaced the thermostat, one issue solved, And cleaned my coil. Neither where mentioned as needing addressed in the options tbey provided. Another company that thinks all customers have deep pockets and very little interest in delivering a good, reliable quality service. Shame, shame shame on you Corley

I had Corley come out to replace a expansion tank and a pressure relief valve on my hot water heater in April. While here I had the technician give me an estimate on replacing 3 plastic shutoff valves on my toilets. I called back to set up an appointment to have them replaced and was told the estimate from 6 weeks ago was no longer good. They said the estimate is only good for 30 days. The estimate I was given did not state it was only good for 30 days. Not a good business practice if you want return business.

I have 30 yr old house and over the last 24 years here have had a lot of contractors here and they are the most professional. I have had leaking issues with a toilet I installed a month ago. Russell came out and analyzed the problem, and had it corrected within an hour. He communicated what was going on throughout the repair and explained the repair procedure. So far a day later, I am completely satisfied with the quality of work and the price I paid. I plan to hire them to do some additional work on other projects next week. I will definitely request Russell in the future.

We have so-so feelings after dealing with Corley. I would check around to compare prices since they are high but we were needing things done quickly so were left with them. And get everything in writing! The agreement we signed had limited info on it, I would suggest adding anything they said they would do just to cover things. The 'salesman' we signed the agreement with went back on his words after the job was in process, acting like I miss heard him. He also claimed he relayed messages to the crew which he did not. As for the work they do a great job. The crew was very nice and respectful! But like I said you pay for it!

Corley Electric came to the house to determine what was causing our GFCI to continuously trip. He walked around and stated our pond pump was faulty. He billed us $39 and our problem was not clearly determined or fixed. We checked our pump on another GFCI circuit and it ran for over an hour. We changed our outlet and our GFCI and determined our pond pump was good. Corley never returned our calls. Will never use again.
