By far the worst company I've worked for. Very poor management and organization skills. Almost 0 comunication where it should be. Alot of gray areas when it comes to company policies mainly because they have supervisors and mangers that dont actually know what they are doing. I wasted 2 years at this company. I was fired for simply voicing my opinions on policies that the manager failed to tell me existed until 2 years later. It seemed great going in the door working for a Christian based company but turned out to be the worst. If you are a true craftsman dont waste your time and talents there.

Very unprofessional group of people. They litter a job site like crazy! Their engineers, if that's what they say they are are only paper smart, not real world application smart. Some of the crew I saw first hand are lazy, and kept on saying they want to go to another simpler job site. My company got promised a day to have electricity and it was a week later.
So I would NOT recommend this company to anyone that wants a job done right and on time, now I do have a day leniency, however, I do not tolerate a week or more. So NO, I do not recommend this construction company to anyone.
