I can't express how thankful I am. I was changing out a wall switch and ran into something I haven't seen before. It was Friday at 4:00p.m. and I couldn't leave exposed wires until Monday. I called and Mr. Lopez came out right away fixed the 2 light switches in 20 minutes and showed me what I should have done so I would know what to do if I came across that again. Will use again!

I called Lopez b/c I was trying to install a dishwasher and had an electrical issue. He was at my house 30 minutes later and immediately found a clever solution to a tricky problem. The next day he CAME BACK to give me advice on how to install my dishwasher- even though I had a plumbing challenge- not an electrical issue. He had a great solution to that problem too. I would use him again anytime, he is fantastic!

I had an outage at 10pm and Eluard Lopez was to my house in ten minutes. The other electrician that I called had an answering service and then called me back after an hour. Who would your prefer in an emergency? Mr. Lopez was very professional and polite, kept me informed of everything that he was doing, and even got Eversource out to do their part. He continued to check on me until Eversource finished, which was after midnight. Excellent customer service!

Helped us out after-hours when our electricity went down on one of the hottest nights of the year -- very knowledgable, courteous and thorough. Showed up in 10 minutes and fixed 3 broken outlets and a short in the wiring in less than an hour -- and the service charge was way less than I expected for an emergency call. Excellent work -- will definitely be my first call for any electric work in the future!

I called Elouard at around 9:30 PM during the March nor'easter (Quinn) because I could not re-engage two breakers and I saw that water was leaking into my electrical panel. I could not determine where it was coming from. It was a very busy night given the extensive flooding and outages in the region but he came to my house in Natick within 45 minutes of the initial call.
He quickly assessed that the water was coming through the main power line from outside and sealed the areas. He replaced the breakers and dried out the panel for me. He came back 4 days later (one day after a second nor'easter, Riley) to make sure everything was fine. He is incredibly responsive, professional and a kind person. He always responded to my texts quickly and solved a potentially serious problem. I highly recommend Elouard and Lopez Electric.
