Knowlegable staff, curtious, responsive I have a Kohler generator that was acting up, and I called caron electric they came over that day and fixed the issue, and they introduced me to kohler On-cue monitoring through there company, 24hrs a day. Not only did the office monitor, but the tech that came over said his phone and all the employees get the alerts as well as the boss 24-7.living in New England this is pretty cool and needed. I have had my generator for 2 years and i just found out about this now. p.m
