Independent Electrical Over the next few months, hundreds of IEC apprentices will graduate across the U.S. and IEC will celebrate their hard work, accomplishments, and bright futures through Operation Graduation. It's time to share the great work you and your colleagues have done over the past year and to be recognized by your community for the excellence you bring to the profession every day.

Receiving an IEC National Award is a tremendous achievement, and we urge members and chapters to take advantage of this significant opportunity for visible and tangible recognition.
