Grasser didn't even install my HVAC but their number came up when I googled 24/7 help and Becky who answered was amazing! I was nervous because we had a weird smell coming from our furnace and she got me answers very quickly to put my mind at ease. It says a lot about a company when they'll help you and you haven't used them. But I definitely will use them in the future!

Failed breaker and melted connection at an electric water heater. Sean was attentive in listening to the issue and thorough in locating the root cause. Efficient and excellent craftsmanship. I have a couple of other projects that I will be engaging Grasser Electric to complete. Back-office is friendly and thorough and engaged. You will receive a call when they are headed to your location and clients are kept abreast should there be a delay. I'm extremely happy and thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend them without reservation.

Worst service ever. Difficult to schedule, but done after weeks of waiting. And then no show by service technician, Sean. And no communications despite multiple emails from me. Just went dark. When I complained to company Service Manager Bix admitted "things could have been handled better" and offered to reschedule in another 6 weeks. Months wasted on these arrogant folks who feel their time is more precious than their customers' time.

First time ever calling a professional electrician. Glad I did! While the problem was simple, plans are in the works to list my property for sale. Having a trusted IBEW Electrician means zero inspection problems down the road on my electrical. Knowing building codes change, the trusted staff at Grasser Electric provided assurance and reassurance with their technician (Billy) correcting the GFCI and solving issues with a number of outlets.
While I am fairly handy around the house, electric is something I rarely tackle alone. My recommendation is high for Grasser (5 stars) because from initial call to work done, pure friendly professionals. Look for their vans in your neighborhood!

Overall good quality service, friendly service person, completely knowledgeable. They clearly knew what they were doing. However, when I made my appointment I was told it's a $95 service call fee plus any parts that are replaced. Sounds good. But then when they were done I was told there is also an additional "troubleshooting fee" which was $65.
So I paid $95 for them to come to the house and $65 to figure out what's wrong. Something doesn't add up. Problem fixed? Yes Hidden fees? Yes Would use again? Unknown

We had two high ceiling light fixtures replaced as well as a wireless light switch outside our a walk-in closet installed. They were very responsive to our initial request for an estimate and the communication was outstanding from start to finish. The service techs were very professional and did a great job of asking us how we wanted things when there were options. I would highly recommend Grasser Electric if you have work to be done.

We were fortunate enough to have Paul come to our home today to install can lights in our kitchen. Something that I have wanted for a long time. I expected to have damage to my ceiling, but due to his expertise, there was only one small area that needs to be addressed. He also brought our home up to code with new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and GFI 's. We couldn't he happier with his work, and we will definitely use Paul and Grasser Electric again.

I was in need of an additional 120v outlet installed under the kitchen sink for a touchless faucet. I called on Tuesday and they sent Paul over the next day to provide an estimate and complete the install. He also discovered a separate cross wiring problem which he was able to identify a fix for. Very happy with the service of being prompt and professional from Pam in the office to Paul the electrician.

Had the entrance cable replaced today. Was explained everything that would need to occur. They had to cut the drywall, but panel was in finished wall so I was thrilled when I saw the hole was neatly cut and there wasn't a huge mess. My dad was here while the work was performed, said the electrician was very neat, knowledgable and professional. Coordinated everything with Ameran and the county inspector in the same day. Very happy with the job performed.

My hot water heater went out and the company I was forced to use by my Home Warranty Company claimed it stopped working because the ground wire was missing. I knew they were just trying to get out of making the repair, but my Home Warranty Company was going to take at least a week to "research" it before they would send out another company to make the repair.
I couldn't go that long without hot water so I knew I had to have it repaired on my own dime. I was in a bad mood, and I called Grasser Electric to set up an appointment for them to assess the situation. The Customer Service Rep I worked with was friendly and professional and made a really bad situation much more tolerable. The tech correctly determined that the missing ground wire had nothing to do with the malfunction.
He explained it should be properly grounded, but that I would need a plumber to make the repair. While he was there I asked him about my front porch light which wasn't working. He quickly determined that there was a simple problem with the switch and fixed it immediately. I did not have him replace the ground wire on that first trip out, but I did call later to schedule an appointment for Grasser to replace it.
Once again, the Customer Service Rep was friendly and professional and the Tech made the repair quickly and correctly. I would recommend Grasser Electric to anyone. And, my Home Warranty Repair finally agreed with Grasser's Assessment about the ground wire and reimbursed me for the plumbing repair. Too bad they don't use excellent companies like Grasser Electric with knowledgeable techs to perform all of their customer's repairs.
